Just been been told that we have had a bid for Christisn Pulisic of Dortmund turned down.

Just something about Danny Rose and the wages debate.

There are 11 clubs in the World who pay better than Spurs. If Rose wants more money thrn his options are Utd, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Barca, R Madrid, Psg, Bayern, Juventus and Roma. All these clubs had a greater revenue than spurs using figures from the most recent season for which all data was available.

The ratio of Spurs income spent on all wages, not just players, was 50% which is a healthy ratio for a well run club. Utds ratio is 47%, City 50% and Arsenal 56%. I would expect those three clubs ratios have gone up more than spurs in the last season.

Roses weeklu pay if spurs spent the same ratio of income as Arsenal, instead of his current 65,000 would be 72,475. Roses weekly pay if we spent the same ratio as Everton would be 101,075. Evertons ratio is at a financially dangerous 77.9%.

Make of this what you want. Spurs are a well run club. The new stadium will obviously bring in much more revenue and if the ratio went up aswell then we could pay the wages that the top clubs do, obviously we wouldn'tbe stupid enough to pay a player like Ozil over 200 grand a week though!

1.) 18 Aug 2017 17:19:11
Think u can add Everton to that list aswell Ellis apparently do my bluenoze mate keeps telling me.

2.) 18 Aug 2017 20:23:30
Evertons income is nowhere near ours, hence why they spend such a large pecentage of their income on wages, Everton fans are notorious for thinking they're a big club.

3.) 18 Aug 2017 21:27:02
Ha ha I agree with that, although tbh think we are both very similar in size depending on how u measure it, crowds, home and away grounds, money trophies but we are bigger and better obviously, COYS.

4.) 18 Aug 2017 21:40:24
I would also put age into consideration to me Everton are a big club.

5.) 18 Aug 2017 23:04:16
Ellis you wouldn't pay a world class players Β£200k a week? How could you ever sign one then! But you was stupid enough to pay sissoko Β£95k a week and adebayor over Β£100k a week! LMAO πŸ˜‚.

6.) 18 Aug 2017 23:40:33
Yeah they're a big club but not as they were in the 80s. Financially they are not a big club at the moment.

7.) 19 Aug 2017 11:23:20
A spurs fan is slating an Everton fan for thinking they are a big club, Wow! Look in the mirror Ellis.

8.) 19 Aug 2017 11:25:09
Ellis, if you think spurs are a big club why haven't you won a major trophy in over a quarter of a century then? Mystery isn't it! πŸ˜‚.

9.) 19 Aug 2017 12:10:02
When was the last time Arsenal won a major trophy? Mickey mouse cups don't cut it, playing and struggling to veat non league teams in the way. When your in the big comps like the Prem or CL you have no chance.

Read my post about Everton you little boy. 'Financially'. At least I don't have to look in the mirror to get a glimpse of my crown jewels like you do Oddbod.

10.) 19 Aug 2017 14:28:01
Wodbod you say we haven't won a trophy in 25 years, I must have been smashed when we beat Leicester in 99 and Chelsea in 08 in the cup finals.

11.) 19 Aug 2017 13:40:15
Saying the fa cup is a Mickey Mouse cup is a poor statement a football fan can say! So by your analogy (lol) the last major trophy Arsenal won was 14 years ago, and spurs major trophy was 56 years ago, how is that bragging rights Ellis? πŸ˜‚.

12.) 19 Aug 2017 13:41:00
Ellis at least we've won a major trophy this century πŸ˜‚.

13.) 19 Aug 2017 13:42:58
Ellis, you are trying to persuade people into believing the fa cup isn't a major trophy! Embarrassing.

14.) 19 Aug 2017 21:33:36
One word wodbod; Stoke.

15.) 20 Aug 2017 00:44:28
The fa cup unfortunately ain't what it used to be. Arsenal are jokers.

16.) 20 Aug 2017 00:37:26
Raver I said major trophy, the league cup isn't a major trophy unlike the fa cup and league, that's why none of the big clubs put out strong lineups in that competition, fact!

17.) 20 Aug 2017 10:25:11
That's why replays are needed markymark, massive decision wrong, it happens to every team which is wrong.

17 Aug 2017 20:50:29
Obviously Barkley is a main transfer target. Then, as well, its Balde from Lazio or Scichk from Sampdoria.

Ellis dee

1.) 18 Aug 2017 08:27:20
Schick that joined Inter a week or so ago?

2.) 18 Aug 2017 09:58:44
I thought the Schick deal to Inter fell through?

3.) 18 Aug 2017 14:43:06
Is that what your brain is telling you?

4.) 18 Aug 2017 20:24:37
My last post was for Fuser. i'm waiting for your answer lad.

09 Aug 2017 17:27:59
A few members of staff including Rebecca Caplehorn left for Rome today, could be legs in the Keita Balde from Lazio rumours going around.

Ellis dee

1.) 09 Aug 2017 20:18:37
That'd be exciting. Can play wide or central, so probably less likely to be dependent on HK missing time. Bags of pace.

2.) 10 Aug 2017 10:52:45
Daniel levy probably sent them out to Rome to see if the pizzas are cheaper there than London lol.

3.) 10 Aug 2017 17:21:37
Raver, i doubt it. The pizzas there are world class.

4.) 14 Aug 2017 22:43:29
Someone want a Pizza?

Who remembers when Red Star Belgrade were quality? Darko Pancev and Robert Prosinecki et al. Well those days are long gone.

Now they're just an average average team playing other average teams. I hope no one told the Red Star players that Arsenal are the current Fa cup holders, they might not of turned up out of fear.

Ellis dee

1.) 19 Oct 2017 20:30:35
and down to 10 men too Ellis.

2.) 19 Oct 2017 21:08:32
Agree Ellis as usual the team Arsenal were playing tonight would struggle in the English championship but they were a cracking team in the early 90s. I nearly choked on my strongbow when commentator Stewart Robson said jack Wilshire is the best player to come out of England since gazza. I think he forgot Scholes, lampard, Gerrard etc.

3.) 19 Oct 2017 21:29:36
Anyone watching Everton? That Ashley Williams should be banned for what he just did.

{Ed001's Note - I just said I don't get how he never got sent off. Not only was that shove intended to put the keeper into the hoardings, but he threw at least 2 punches and had someone by the throat trying to choke them. Not sure how that is not at least one red!}

4.) 19 Oct 2017 22:09:42
Was disgraceful and I've just seen him interviewed and he said 'thats football'. Tbh I can't stand Williams but that was bad.

Did anyone see the fan with the kid in his arms when the fighting started? Disgraceful.

{Ed007's Note - WTF was that clown all about? Hopefully the muppet can be identified and punished accordingly. I bet his wife is sitting at home waiting on him as well.}

5.) 19 Oct 2017 22:20:51
That brawl at Everton reminds me of Saturday nights at Stringfellows with all the women fighting who's taking the raver home.

{Ed007's Note - Aye and the women are all holding their kids then as well.}

6.) 19 Oct 2017 22:25:35
Yeah I know ed. I've never seen anything like that, imagine what he is like behind closed doors?! I bet his partner is scared of him. Honestly i'm tempted to call Liverpool social services tomorrow. I wouldn't even take my little boy to a game let alone do that.

{Ed007's Note - Oooftt that's a bit vicious! Let's not tar the guy any kind of wife beater or that, total knob will do for now.}

7.) 19 Oct 2017 22:43:13
What sort of man does that with his child in his arm though? Shows his character. He had nothing to be angry about it was Evertons fault. Poor kid.

{Ed007's Note - He''ll more than likely blame the drink - which is no excuse btw.}

8.) 20 Oct 2017 06:18:39
definitely retrospective action for that.

9.) 20 Oct 2017 09:50:10
Unbelievable, what an irresponsible moron, I trust that will be the last time he ever sets foot at Goodison Park.

10.) 20 Oct 2017 12:41:42
I think the fans was very angry with their giro's failing to turn up on their doorstep yesterday morning.

17 Oct 2017 23:47:27
Brilliant performance, could have easily won but i'll take that. Must of been painful viewing for all the haters and bitters that wanted us to lose.

Harry Winks what a performance. What was Aurier doing diving in like that?

Eriksen was really poor tonight, if he had been on form we would have won imo.

You can see the progression in our team now, we are building something special and Pochettino is a major factor in this, what a manager.

Ellis dee

1.) 18 Oct 2017 06:09:47
If Real Madrid were on form you would of lost.

2.) 18 Oct 2017 08:53:49
Stupid comment Oddb0ll0cks as usual. You can only play what's in front of you.! we matched them all over the pitch.

3.) 18 Oct 2017 10:34:49
Its lucky Arsenal were not playing real Madrid after suffering the biggest defeat ever by a English club in Europe. Bayern Munich 10 Arsenal 2 LMAO πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

4.) 18 Oct 2017 14:19:38
still not sure it was a penalty Ellis? but by going to ground the ref had to make a decision.

roll on Thursday.

5.) 18 Oct 2017 14:22:13
So Real Madrids 66% possession, double the amount of shots on target and you needed an own goal equals to matching them all over the pitch? Classic drthfc, if you were matching them all over the pitch the stats would be the same! LMAO πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

6.) 18 Oct 2017 15:21:29
You absolute tool, Barcelona had 85% possession against Chelsea in the CL a few years back and lost the game 1-0 - I rest my case Oddb0ll0cks you have NO clue about football.

7.) 18 Oct 2017 19:00:02
ignore him DR, the more you respond the more he will post.

8.) 18 Oct 2017 21:07:19
When Chelsea beat Barcelona 1-0 did they match Barcelona all over the pitch? No they didn't, only 15% possession proved that, just like spurs didn't match Real Madrid all over the pitch like you suggested which is what I was referring to yet you completely changed the subject and wrote "I rest my case"! LMAO, beating a team on the counter attack is NOT matching them all over the pitch is it, and you say I have no clue about football!

9.) 18 Oct 2017 21:48:15
Your missing the whole point as usual. Stats virtually mean nothing it’s goals that count

In football terms there wasn’t much in the 2 sides last night But your that deluded you have to argue everything that’s why you're not liked. I would go as far as to say you were bullied at school, have no friends and a very lonely individual.

10.) 18 Oct 2017 23:38:43
The Madrid keeper also had to make a couple of very good saves. It must of driven you gooner losers mad watching that lastnight.

11.) 19 Oct 2017 01:11:06
DR, he has to try and answer every post with his delusional theories. I've check most other sites and he definitely wins the award.

12.) 19 Oct 2017 07:37:18
Agreed NES. I agree with your comments about Dags mate, he has football banter. Oddbod now that’s another matter. If we said the grass was green he would disagree.

13.) 19 Oct 2017 09:08:49
Drthfc what are you talking about? there were huge differences in the sides last night, a spurs player did not score a goal, Real Madrid scored 2 goals, hit the post, dominated possession missed a couple of sitters and your best player was your goal keeper? Was Real Madrids best player their goal keeper? Yeah you matched them all over the pitch, and you call me deluded LMFAO πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

14.) 19 Oct 2017 10:22:41
I thought Harry Winks was our best player. So that's a matter of opinion.

Dominated possession what game was you watching, We was away from home against arguably the best team in the world. Their keeper kept them in it as well with 2 saves towards the end of the game. You need to watch the game with an open mind and stop trying to pick all the negatives out. Or perhaps go on the Arsenal page and act like a tool.

Reflect back on Bayern Munich - Now that's what I would call a huge difference in sides.
Anyway we agree to disagree.

15.) 20 Oct 2017 23:40:50
Agree DR 're Winks. I just think he needs bulking up. can you all remember when Keane left Forest for United? he was a scrawny kid. they bulked him up on diet and fitness. id like to see the same with winks so he can add stength to his game, he has the footballing brain and ability to see and execute a pass. just think he's a little weak.

14 Oct 2017 19:36:04
Hahahahahahahahaha. Its allover, finished.

Ellis dee

1.) 14 Oct 2017 20:25:29
Correct Ellis boooooom they are finished, move aside Chelsea and Arsenal this proper London club are taking over and the ravers loving it.

2.) 15 Oct 2017 08:34:49
hahaha where's the odd one.

3.) 15 Oct 2017 08:42:12
Ellis, because you finally managed to win at Wembley means it's all over hahaha.

4.) 15 Oct 2017 08:45:24
The Wenger out shouts are starting again on the other site. he he.

08 Oct 2017 20:49:44
Kane the first man ever to score in first four games as captain for his country. Nice little stat.

Ellis dee

1.) 09 Oct 2017 17:12:06
The man is absolute class R. G. and will become the premier league and England's all time greatest scorer. We have been so good to English football with our great strikers in greaves, lineker, Sheringham and now Kane.

2.) 09 Oct 2017 20:40:24
Sorry I've got R. G. on the brain lol I mean king Ellis Dee.

3.) 10 Oct 2017 18:26:26
Who on earth is RG raver? You forgot Chris Armstrong in that list! πŸ˜‚.

4.) 10 Oct 2017 19:11:57
Chris Armstrong lol I bumped into him last year in Manchester, he looked like bob Marley with dreadlocks down to his bum. He was very approachable and chatted to the raver for ages about his time at spurs as I was nodding like a Churchill dog and my eyes like huge golf balls and chewing more gum than mr Wrigley lol.

5.) 11 Oct 2017 19:42:50
Raver did you know that Bob Marley was a spurs fan? Spurs = Bob Marley, Arsenal = Dale Winton.

6.) 11 Oct 2017 21:54:48
Yes I knew bob Marley used to watch Tottenham whenever he was in London, whenever spurs lose and the Subaru plays up, I think of bob in don't worry about a thing because every little thing is going to be alright. Ellis in boxing terms we have Chris Eubanks and Barry macguigan and Arsenal have Audley Harrison as fans LMAO.

7.) 13 Oct 2017 16:52:22
Dont forget Frank Bruno raver!

06 Sep 2017 21:05:34
Lads, I think we should all congratulate Liverpool fans. Today is a very special anniversary for them. Its 10,000 days today since they last won the League, but this season is their year πŸ˜‰.

Ellis dee

1.) 06 Sep 2017 21:32:24
56 years, 4 months, 19 days and 30 minutes since Spurs last won the league. That is roughly 20,579 days. You're welcome πŸ˜‰.

2.) 06 Sep 2017 21:44:02
If they don't it will be everyone else's fault.

3.) 06 Sep 2017 22:38:09
Bobby, we know you like talking about the past lol. Now step in to the present time . spurs are a better side than Liverpool.
Now talking bout the present time, did that couthino fella apologie to the Liverpool fans yet for saying he wanted out. didn't want to play for Liverpool anymore. wanting to play for a big club?

4.) 06 Sep 2017 23:08:23
Bobby, but Liverpool are the biggest club in the world. Hahaha sounds like I've hurt your feelings. Its just banter but I guess your a bit sensitive. Its hilarious though Bobby, come on lad you've got to see the funny side of it. This is your year though Bobby, its all yours.

5.) 06 Sep 2017 23:52:50
All good banter chaps, which is why you can't expect me not to come back on it πŸ˜‰
Leahy, trust you to have a say on it mate - if a measure on who are the better side is league placing then I would suggest Spurs are better than your lot too. As for Coutinho, not bad having a Barcelona wannabe starring in our 2nd XI!
Is there a count going on the number of days since Spurs last win at Wembley, Ellis?

6.) 07 Sep 2017 11:34:16
When did this become the Liverpool site? πŸ˜‚.

7.) 07 Sep 2017 17:49:22
The Liverpool boys are very quick to pinch anything wodbod, I remember once when I was in Liverpool I ended up skint and in the buff after they nicked my giro and shell suit lol.

8.) 08 Sep 2017 12:44:48
When they did a survey in Liverpool to see if they wanted to change currency to the Euro, they said, "let's just keep it as the giro".

9.) 08 Sep 2017 19:12:36
Did they buy the ox with giro money bod. and what about ozil I wouldn't buy him with stolen money. lol.

{Ed025's Note - that is a terrible slur on the good people of liverpool leahy, we are not all doleites and thieves mate, most of us actually work on the side for a living..

10.) 08 Sep 2017 20:35:16
Ed your on the blue side, your ok, someone has to keep the city going, I don't want to know what you do on the side Ed, I have a good vision of ed025,a sound fella with a blue shirt.

{Ed025's Note - cheers leahy..

11.) 09 Sep 2017 00:07:24
Only Ellis can brag about a team not winning the league for 10,000 days, without realising his own team haven't won it for twice as long. LMAO and he wonders why he gets called special!

12.) 09 Sep 2017 03:41:36
If there is one club in the BPL top6 that should not be laughing at LFC's trophy haul in recent times, its Spurs. 80% of the world's population must not have even been born when u lot last won a major trophy. Actually it will very soon be 100% population that has never seen Spuds win a worthwhile trophy (unless 2nd place counts as one) .
