Away from transfers, when are our new kits out?

MitchellThomas

1.) 17 Jun 2017 19:45:27
Mitchell I've seen the new home shirt and it looks crap, dark navy down the sides with that awful aia in red, the only nice part is a badge around the Cockrell and we now have nike as our new supplier.

2.) 18 Jun 2017 15:54:33
Raver, I am surprised by your comment because I thought the new Nike kit looked amazing.

Home Kit - Sinple white shirt with navy blue arms and Nike, AIA and the Spurs Cockeral in navy blue. Shadow large cockerel emblem set on the front of the shirt in a very subtle undertone. Beautiful and classy 8/10

Away Shirt - Navy blue shirt with dark blue arms and the Nike, AIA and Cockeral all in white. Subtle cockerel set across the pattern as an undertone. Very striking and classy 8/10

Third Kit - Sky Blue with Navy Nike, AIA and Cockeral badge. Subtle undertone not so subtle 6/10 and slightly disappointing.

3.) 18 Jun 2017 20:39:47
I still remember wearing the 87 top in my college days, that was a nice top worn by Hoddle and Clive Allen. My other 2 favourites were the 1990 and 91 cup final shirts, we haven't had a nice kit since in my eyes.

4.) 19 Jun 2017 16:44:48
I'm older than u raver lolget me some pills now.

5.) 19 Jun 2017 19:29:52
No problem mark I will sort that out for you mate, who needs Botox and hair transplants when my tablets make you look 20 years younger lol. I'm in my late 40s and still get asked for I'd at the nightclubs.

6.) 21 Jun 2017 10:21:13
Looks like Raver and the Oracle haven't got a clue when it comes to the home attire! I mean Shadow cockerels? Navy Blue sleeves?

When will you learn that Facebook, is not a good source for useful information!

Kyle Walker going or staying?
Has Poch decided that Trippier can replace him, and those funds be used elsewhere to enhance squad?
Too many noises about him going at the moment.

MitchellThomas

1.) 30 Apr 2017 13:18:23
Think trippier is more than adequate to step up and replace walker better on the ball and better crosser ain't got the pace of walker obviously, thought s anyone.

I just wish we would have done some business before WC. Don’t get me wrong signing in Poch, Kane and others has opened the door slightly for others now to be considered but I would have liked a bit of movement.
You can blag that we’re looking at this player or that player but unless good business happens like Grealish (bargain with sell on) then it looks like sell first then replace.
IMO we need a box to box player in midfield without selling anyone. Other than that wait to see who goes.

What’s going on with Toby?

MitchellThomas

1.) 12 Feb 2018 10:30:39
Something's not right with him being left behind while the squad travel to turin, I also thought he would be at least a substitute against Arsenal and I think he wants out of the club in the summer. I know many of top clubs want him and will pay him a lot more and it was rumoured he is willing to join Arsenal. He's one of the best defenders in Europe but he could be causing problems at the club hence why poch is not picking him.

2.) 12 Feb 2018 12:05:04
I wouldn't read to much into this. He's probably not 100% fit yet, Also with the current teams results of late, why would he change it.

3.) 12 Feb 2018 13:37:50
Totally agree DR, don't forget we are on a little run of late and these media writers who are not Spurs fans will be looking at any angle to put extra undue pressure on us.

In Poch we trust. C. O. Y. S.

4.) 12 Feb 2018 16:23:41
Agree NES. I'd be amazed if we didn't tie Toby down sooner rather than later.

22 Jan 2018 18:28:09
You all need to admit that we are not going to sign a "game changer" during this window. We at most will sign a fast french winger that we will loan back to get another one the following window. This will not be Malcolm either.

MitchellThomas

1.) 22 Jan 2018 19:13:00
Now for that crystal ball Mitch, can you let Raver know where he will be at 3am Sunday morning.

2.) 22 Jan 2018 22:25:06
Hopefully flying my boobs off in some seedy London nightclub.

3.) 22 Jan 2018 23:01:35
we don't need the crystal ball for that fella 😉.

06 Jan 2018 11:45:35
The frustration yet again is that we wait and wait. Names get thrown around but we do not have the resources to get them. I'm sure the stadium will bring some further clout but to directly go against City, United, Chelsea, even Liverpool, I don't believe it will happen. I even think Zaha is way out of our budget.
I understand that signings don't always work (Sissoko) and it may not be the answer and we will never know what goes on, but for Poch to urge to sign Jan instead of Summer does not look like it's going to happen.
Best signing would be Toby signing a new deal.

MitchellThomas

1.) 06 Jan 2018 14:53:43
I see GUILLEM BALAGUE has indeed slated Barkley for the same reasons that I raised.

{Ed007's Note - I wouldn't be bragging about that.}

2.) 06 Jan 2018 15:17:55
Not bragging bond, just clear that people have the same opinion to why Barkley made the Chelsea choice. and took Everton for mugs.

{Ed007's Note - Maybe Wullie Ballache read your post.... He used to pass off stuff from the Liverpool page as his own, sometimes even word for word.}

3.) 06 Jan 2018 16:07:50
Nice to know the site reaches out that far. hope he's not reading and passing on the Ravers posts 🙊🙈.

{Ed007's Note - I think Charlie Nicholas does that lol.}

15 May 2017 13:07:58
So Poch approach by Inter. If he stays then sends massive message to rest of squad.

MitchellThomas

1.) 15 May 2017 14:50:49
I can't see him leaving Spurs I know you can never say never in football.! I would be very surprised if he left.

2.) 15 May 2017 17:49:21
Reports are that inter officials are flying into London this week to get it wrapped up. I've got a feeling he will quit and I can see a few top players asking to leave also, I think poch has done well at spurs but I still think he won't take us to that next level of winning titles. If we had Conte or even a mourinho I think they would have us as champions within 2years as they know how to win major trophies.

3.) 15 May 2017 18:42:39
Oh come on, this is pure nonsense.

Raver, Mourinho is pathetic. His excuses are embarrassing and he comes across as a sad bitter man.

Why even question Pochettino? He has been brilliant for us.

4.) 15 May 2017 20:42:54
It will come to down wether or not Levy is planning to raise money by selling players this summer . if Levy has given his word to MoPo that we can build the stadium and upgrade the players I believe MoPo will stay.

5.) 15 May 2017 21:14:45
Ellis I don't like mourinho myself but he wins trophies, he's having a crap season with a average Manchester United squad yet ge will finish the season with 2 major trophies and champions league football. I hope poch stays for the next few years as he's done a good job, but I still don't think he'll take us to the promised land.

6.) 15 May 2017 21:54:23
We are unlucky not to win the league though. A few too many draws has cost us. We have had lots of injuries, more games and less money but have come close. Many neutrals believe we have been tbe better team. We've lost less than them.

Why would Poch leave for Italy? The Walker rumours are a load of bull for starters. Poch was angry with him apparently, for not listening to him in a match and that's why he was dropped. Every manager drops a player occasionally.

7.) 16 May 2017 10:25:27
How are Spurs "unlucky" NOT to have won the league?
They have played well but not won as many games as Chelsea and I've never seen a cup presented to side wth the words lucky winners on it.

8.) 16 May 2017 13:57:39
Read my posts, all the answers you need are there.

9.) 16 May 2017 16:23:57
Agree with Ellis, spurs have had champions league and the Europa dopa cup to contend with while Chelsea have had a full 7 days rest between games and have been lucky with injuries. Lots of non spurs fans have come up to the raver saying spurs are the best side to watch in the league. But you also must take your hat off to Chelsea as they have been one step ahead of spurs and deserve to win the league, I think European football next year will see Chelsea finding it a lot harder to win the league but they will definitely be in the mix.

10.) 16 May 2017 16:38:33
Ellis, What cup has "LUCKY WINNER" on it?

11.) 16 May 2017 16:45:56
Where was you last season Tommy? Hiding?

12.) 16 May 2017 18:46:24
Having sold my four restaurants, I'm now retired. I've always been around but I've always been busy!

13.) 16 May 2017 23:26:51
tommy B, you mean you sold 4 mobile kebab vans.

14.) 17 May 2017 10:46:28
Every cup and even the league has an element of luck about it. As mentioned spurs have had a lot of injuries. We've played our first 11 twice this season I believe? Our back four and Hugo have only managed 5 games together this season. We started the campaign without ali and dembele who were banned. So yes, for what we achieved we were unlucky.

15.) 17 May 2017 14:59:41
Every team could look back and say that, you were unlucky a billionaire took over Chelsea then, how far do you go back until you realise you aren't good enough?

16.) 17 May 2017 17:16:55
You can't oddbod. Your team has been a total let down.

Still you'll be runners up in the FA cup.

See the Emirates was a sell out last night. Oh wait no it wasn't that's a sign of things to come.

17.) 17 May 2017 22:57:09
Four nice italian Bistro's Ellis. One in Fulham, one n Essex and two in North London. My sons and daughters run them now.
Some of your back room staff still come into the one near stanmore!

18.) 17 May 2017 23:13:25
I'm thinking of writing a book about unlucky losers!
Anyone got any ideas for a title?

19.) 18 May 2017 11:37:07
Call it Eva Carneiro.

20.) 18 May 2017 18:32:29
That was a lady that was treated poorly by an individual but in the end well by the club!

21.) 18 May 2017 18:34:13
You could call it Chelsea 2015/16 .

22.) 18 May 2017 19:36:17
NO, that would be "started badly and got worse" We were just rubbish and NEVER unlucky!
Keep trying Ellis, I'm sure you will come up with a good title for my future best seller!

23.) 18 May 2017 23:59:53
How about Life of an Arsenal fan or Oddbod and mate tries to pull.

Angry and bitter - I’m not at all. Slightly frustrated but at the same time, completely sympathetic to the fact of why we didn’t sign anyone. I do actually understand the processes in acquiring players.

All these ITKs chatting pure rubbish as usual.
We haven’t signed anyone so we just deal with it.
Feel that we should have improved squad and gone for the league.
Mistakes in getting these deals through and should have been done earlier.
Sends wrong message out to fans and players.

Ellis, are you sure you’re just putting stuff on from your game of football manager mate?
Names flying about everywhere. I hope you get one right soon for your sanity, your ITK must be the pencil sharpener at the club.

He hasn’t signed yet.
It would be a decent signing because then we’ve got a player that can attack and hopefully beat players from a wide position. We try and walk it in sometimes. Different option that maybe Poch wanted N’jie and GKN to do but couldn’t.
