If we were to sell Adebeyor, Soldado, Lennon, and Chiriches, we would have squad space and with all the other sales nearly enough to buy Berahino, Bolasie, Sissoko and Austin, just saying! That would make me actually optimistic too!

To think the Gooners came on here and took the mick out of us for having Wembley half empty. I've just flicked over to the mickey mouse cup and guess what. The only full end is the away end. Home fans leaving thousands of empty seats for the second rate thursday plate!

1.) 15 Dec 2018 19:50:42
The attendance at the aeroplane arena on Thursday against carryabag was 22,000 and wodbod took the nick out of spurs for getting 33,000 😂😂😂, it’s like the raver taking 2 women home for a 3 some and wodbod bragging he took one home.

11 Dec 2018 21:58:28
Never in doubt!

1.) 11 Dec 2018 22:43:31
and the spurs go marching on on on.

2.) 13 Dec 2018 17:13:18
We are flying the flag for London again, while Arsenal and Chelsea compete in the emerdale cup.

02 Dec 2018 22:31:17
We have been found seriously wanting in every big game so far this season. Every time we have to go away and make a statement, we do, that statement is wgen the chips are down we can't win a game. don't think team selection helped today, resting Alderwiereld and Winks I do t get but we were poor eveeywhere. Particularly for me Aurier was appauling and Sissoko picked a bad time to.

29 Nov 2018 13:31:52
Cant believe i'm saying this but my player of the month for November is Moussa Sissoko! He has been bloody brilliant recently. Can it last, if it does its like a new signing? History however says he will be back to normal in time for Christmas but I hope i'm wrong.

1.) 29 Nov 2018 18:00:21
I agree mwheels. He’s been immense, Harry Winks, has also impressed me. Deli has also had a kick up the arse which in my opinion he needed.

2.) 29 Nov 2018 19:23:00
If sissoko is your player of the month and has been brilliant that just goes to show how very poor the teams you have played have been then.

3.) 30 Nov 2018 12:20:12
Liverpool, Man UTD, Man City, Chelsea, Barcelona, Inter Milan - So Arsenal have played better teams then have they. MELT.

4.) 30 Nov 2018 18:31:51
Ouch. that's got to hurt. zipped again.

5.) 30 Nov 2018 17:31:51
Ouch. that's got to hurt. zipped again.

6.) 30 Nov 2018 20:44:22
Drthfc so when you played Liverpool, Man City, Barcelona and inter Milan away all games you got smashed in are you saying sissoko played well then? No he didn’t he only look good when teams have played poorly ie Chelsea and you call me a MELT? 😂😂😂.

7.) 30 Nov 2018 20:45:50
Drthfc clearly you don’t understand what a player of the month means then do you, you didn’t play Liverpool,
Man UTD, Man City or Barcelona this month did you so how is that comment related to what I put? And NES made himself look stupid as he clearly didn’t understand either 😂😂😂.

8.) 30 Nov 2018 23:47:24
Oddbod you are the biggest tool on this site. Full stop. You’ve been posting on here about we’ve played weaker teams. I’ve been watching football for over 45 years. And also played a good standard. You just want an argument about anything. Grow up.
We all have to play each other twice or haven’t you worked that out yet. It’s makes no difference when you play the teams. In fact history will tell you is harder when the relegation battles start. Or haven’t you worked that out yet.

Oddbod your a sad little gooner who is In ore of Tottenham
You must be. Please don’t come back with I need to bring spurs fans back down to earth. Because you don’t. I used to really like watching Arsenal 7 or so years ago. But the wheels have come off now. Your nothing. PLANK. Now do one.

9.) 01 Dec 2018 11:22:16
Drthfc do we really have to play each other twice? What’s that got to do with sissoko being mwheels player of the month? 😂😂😂.

10.) 02 Dec 2018 15:35:54
Drthfc so you are saying winning 3 fa cups in 4 years is the wheels coming off, spurs could only dream of that success x.

I have read all the comments and agree with a lot in most of them. I would just like to ask a couple questions myself. Does anyone think that Grealish would be anything more than a mediocre squad player? Otherwise we may as well keep Onomah to meet homegrown quota? Would we be better off giving Lamela and particularly Lucas more game time rather than spending £50m plus on a winger who may or may not prove to be any good? Would keeping all we have be as useful as panic buying mediocre players like we did with Sissoko to replace outgoings? Why has it got to 6pm on wed 8th amd we are in this situation? One last one, if Chelski are seemingly about to sign Kovacic on a 1yr loan, why on earth disnt we use our so called special relationship to try for that deal. Him on a year loan is no brainer. If he is good he will vastly improve our midfield and if not he gives us more depth and options than sissoko? Get your teeth into that lads!

1.) 08 Aug 2018 20:09:01
How about Brozovic, Martial, and Grealish, these are the latest rumours I’m hearing.

2.) 08 Aug 2018 20:27:38
Its all rumours. Would any of those start for us? It seems bonkers spending the figures touted for them?

3.) 09 Aug 2018 08:38:25
I would like to think both Martial and Brozovic will be starters if they were to sign, but they won't, we will be lucky to even sign a token last gasp bargain basement signing whilst Levy is at the helm.

4.) 09 Aug 2018 09:10:39
I agree THFC. Both of them are better than Lamela.! Onomah is clearly not good enough otherwise he'd be getting a game.

Personally I don't think we'll get Martial or Brozovic but everything is a rumour until a player puts pen to paper.

5.) 09 Aug 2018 10:02:30
No Grealish, personal opinion
No Onomah, maybe for cup games
Yes Lamela and Lucas, Lucas looks v good
Yes, keep rather than panic buy
Agree about Kovacic

Only missing point are; why we haven't moved on players not required early in the window? Is it due to the world cup or just penny pinching? Should we have sold and made a loss on players? If so does this alter the budget?

Players are going to look at our first 11 and wonder if they can get in. problem.

6.) 09 Aug 2018 10:03:00
Would be more than happy with those 3 DR.

7.) 09 Aug 2018 10:04:13
grealish is bang average and is worth no more than 10 million if this is the best we can do then i would sooner not bother, was led to believe our buisness would be done early and the new stadium would have no impact on transfer budget, to progress we needed more stregth in depth with decent players coming in. look at west spam spending big as are wolves. come on levy get the wallet out.

8.) 09 Aug 2018 12:38:19
Stevie - Talking of bag average players and I'm being kind here, Just to name a few

Grealish has got a football brain and can un-lock the door,

I would imagine Levy is waiting to see if we get top 4 before offering a sizable wage increase, which is what it will take to keep him! Of course once he gets it every other 1st team player will want a hike too so its going to be costly. I can't see him leaving if we have champions league next year, even Levy won't be that tight?

So easy that the team in our group from the 'easy' pot 4 was Monaco?

It won't happen but if Mopo did leave I would be happy with Eddie Howe, he plays a similar style of play and I think he is one for the future, like a lot of our players!

I have a suggestion, if River Plate are the stumbling block and they want more money (bearing in mind they only get a third so extra £10 mil transfer fee would only get them £3.5mil) why don't we keep the transfer at £17mil and then just give them £3.5mil on something like 1st refusal on one of their bright prospects?

That new manager has really turned Arsenal around. On a fantastic run of form and already set a record. First Prem club to have 3 booked in one game for diving, glass houses Oddbod!

Using stats from ages ago doesn't gage current levels in your case it deflects from them. We haven't won enough trophies everyone knows that but clearly we are one of the big 6. Only 3 teams have been in top 6 every year since 2009. Arsenal, Man City and Spurs. More consistent than Liverpool, Utd, and Chelski. Looking more recently again, gaging current levels of performance, since 2015/ 16 only one club has finished top 3 every year, Spurs! We haven't won any trophies in that time granted but we are consistently high performers. Now everyone has been blowing smoke up Liverpools arse for the last 12 months but they won no more than us and finished below us again last year so why not bugger off over to their page and critiscise them instead?
