Hi ed. who do you feel we will sign today if any1. I hope once does not come. I feel he is over rated and think James Forrest would be a better option and cheaper. I say this as being Scottish I see him on tv all the time and think he wld do we'll in the pl but that is just my opinion. {Ed008's Note - I don't feel who will be signed today will be more about outs then ins as I said if a player becomes avaiable at a good price eg Van Der Vaart couple of years ago I'm sure Spurs would be interested.

Hi ed do you think our transfer activity is over. I feel we are 2 players short of the best having the best squad in the league. A quality lb but I dnt think contreao is the answer. I wld love to see us go for jetro Williams of psv and also a good back up striker as I still think Defoe or ade will leave though think Harry Kane has potential. {Ed008's Note - Wouldn't rule out discussions with Coentrao couple of outgoing players like Adebayor,Ekotto and maybe some midfielders leaving. AVB was clear he wanted 2 players per position and 3 strikers. He's got that midfield is fine maybe 1-2 leaving from there. He's gonna rotate the squad consistently during the season.

Hi Ed what do you think is the possabilities of Man u coming in with a bid including Chiquarito and what is happening with Ade moving on. {Ed001's Note - I don't see any chance of that. Adebayor is what you could call difficult to move on. Spurs are having the same problem Man City had trying to offload him, which saw them loan him to you just to get him out of the way. His wages put off those who would want him, so I really don't know if he will be going anywhere this summer. You will just have to hope someone needs to replace a striker quick with the window closing, I think.}

1.) With soldado being the main striker this year, what do you this are the chances of someone like Gomis coming in as a back up player? Would love Martinez but I doubt he would want to be second choice. I think we need a wide man quick though, if bale and Townsend go we are very light in that area. Who could be on the radar?

Hi wanted to know what my fellow spurs fans and ed would think of this idea. Glasgow rangers are currently going through hard times in Scotland but what about spurs doing a partnership with them which wld allow them to get some of our youngsters on loan when there embargo ends and would also allow us first option on there talented youngsters like Lewis Macleod. I know Hutton wasn't overly impressive but I think this wld be a great move

1.) Sorry mate but rangers and scotland in general have nothing to offer tottenham, hope this clears this up for you

2.) Don't know how you can say Scotland have nothing to offer when Celtic done as well in the champions league.

3.) Please, celtic or rangers and then what? both teams would struggle in the championship let alone the premiership, they did do well for once in the champions leauge but remember they qualify each year so the odds on them having one good outing are good. I stand by my previous post

Really going to bite myself for this and say I think we should sell bale if we get £90m. And look at bringing in Draxler, Soldado, Lars Bender and another striker.

I find this all a bit strange. Why are we paying money for this boy to send him back on loan when we could tie him up on a pre contract as his contract is up at the end of the season.
If we did do this though would Fulham be due a development fee as he originally started at PSG and went to Fulham at 16.
