Don't blame Sherwood (or ALL the others)
blame Levy. running your club into the
ground player-wise
1.) Lots of moaning about our new signings but let's all remember one thing ;
These were all good proven internationals that don't become bad overnight! These players have all been shafted and pissed about by successive managers who it seems we're trying to prove a point to Levy, Baldini and co! It's no good SHERWOOD moaning in the papers about how bad our transfer spec was, and how good Evertons was, you have the players at your disposal, motivate them, use them properly, stop slagging them in public! Then at the end of the season, swallow your stupid pride, spend a couple of years learning under an experienced manager, and carry on taking us forward! If not, shut aup and p**s off!
2.) The players we brought were quality and opposing fans were all saying how strong we would be. Sherwood wants James Milner that says it all. Everton brought McCarthy who is a headless chicken and got some loanees in let's see how their squad and Liverpools cope with Europe and the injuries and bad luck we have.
3.) Sherwood s ideal players run around like headless chickens, all effort and grunt, no style! Perhaps he likes this sort of player because he can't man manage and it takes away a responsibility!
4.) The new lot are all decent bunch if played in the right positions and in the right way. Trouble is Eriksen Lamela and Holtby all like to be played at no.10. But either Lamela (who I believe under the right manager will still be a top buy) or eriksen as proved can play left. It's not all about pace down the flanks if you have not got the ability to deliver a decent pass. Back four is the problem. Need a LB and 2 centre halfs. Soldado will come good if played. Cash in on Ade now after a good season get in another striker.
