Chairman of Dynamo has claimed that the sale of modric to madrid has been agreed for 35 million pounds, which is relevant to him as it means dynamo will recieve about 2.5 million euros as he was sold to a team not in the prem. For me, this would be great if true, but it seems almost too good, and it certainly wouldn't be the first time that an eastern european chairman had made up a report.

Liverpool aren't in the champions league and they weren't last season either. Did you see Gerrard and Suarez moaning and wanting to leave? No! Champions league is not everything. We need players who come to us because of the potential we are showing. Just like Vert and Sig. They will give their all for us. Screw money grabbing Adebayor and anyone else who makes up a pathetic excuse for not wanting to join us. Let them languish sitting on the bench somewhere else!!

Think you are right there. Mancini and City are now going to isolate Adebayor from all clubs and leave him to rot like they did with Tevez. Fine him if he doesn't turn up to train with the youth team. Adebayor is a leech. Was really hoping you would sign him and agree terms but appears Adebayor wants to take City for the Transfer fee.
Oh well if he want's to ruin his career!

Yeah Adebayor is such a selfish greedy player - it's not like he funds a school for kids back in Africa or has been involved with building a couple hospitals or anything is it?
Anyway it's hypocritical for a city fan to be bellyaching about money when the only reason your team has achieved anything in the last 100 or so years is your billionaire owners.

My opinion, and only that, is that a deal for Sturridge is in place. No other reason why AVB wouldn't of had a target and already sorted it. My feeling is that this player is playing at the Olympics.
Forget about the other strikers playing there.

A few weeks ago when everyone said the deal was done and I asked if he took a paycut, as if he would take a paycut, the guy is one of the worst contract rebels ive ever seen.

He had agreed to be paid 115K a week and 4Mill signing on fee but then Spartak Moskow showed an interest then he started to play hard ball unfortunately their interest cooled and now we are where we are....As for Sturridge, he is a possibility and a good one at that.

There's a little rumour circulating WHL and that's Luka
Modric will remain with us......well at least till January
anyway. Don't misunderstand me guys....luka is still
leaving for Madrid providing they manage to flog Kaka and
loan out Sahin first. If they can't accomplish this then
Luka will remain with us till Jan. Hulk will be our marque
signing in the next couple of weeks which will shock
the majority of the premiership. 50m for Hulk?........nah...
More along the lines of 32/36m.
As for moutinho.......a deal will be done in January. His release
cause is 28m but I'm quietly confident we can get him for
slightly cheaper.
Hugo Lloris is just 1 of a number of goalkeeping possibilities
for spurs. Vorm, Linderguard, Butland and Handanovic have
all be considered. Believe me when I say a keeper will be
signing very soon providing we get the unfortunate Gomes
off our books.
Adebayor?.....wages - check, signing on fee - Check, price - stumbling block.......adebayor will confirm in 1 week what
team he will be at be at next season. It's us or Ac Milan.
Pienaar - deal done......will sign Monday for an undisclosed
fee. 5m was the minimum Levy asked for.
Bentley - considering options from LA Galaxy and the Red Bulls. Also has a few contract offers from Blackburn and
Villa.
Gio - probably the only player we have ever had to be linked
with 3/4 different clubs every transfer window. He will
consider offers from Udinese, Porto, sevilla and inter Milan
this time round. 8m will be enough to secure his signiture.
Gomes - off to Brazil....approximately 2.5m
Naughton - wanted by 3 premier teams such as Norwich,
Aston Villa and Reading. 5+m will be enough.
Jenas - providing he proves his fitness, several clubs may be interested. Reading, westbrom and Fulham are said to
be monitoring his situation at spurs. Thought to be
available for healthy fee of 3m. Has 1 year remaining on
his contract.

Why is Hulk not going to spurs? Are we
not ambitious enough? Are we not fighting
for CL football? Do we not have a world class stadium ready in less then a month?.....
It doesn't matter if Porto get champions league football because as a club, we are technically and mentaly better then Porto. So a move to Tottenham would be a STEP up in class for Hulk.
Open your eyes Mr annonymous, we are no longer an average midtable team.
