Ed002, any interest in ever banega, pochettino stated he was a target when at Southampton. Banega has been linked with us, Sunderland and recently his agent expressed there would he be interest in joining bielsa at Marseille, papers seem to take that as he is signing for them although I haven't seen anything else aside from agents comments
{Ed002's Note - Southampton and Fiorentina placed bids for Banega last summer but they were well below the asking price. Spurs also made enquiries - but that was a year ago. He went on loan to Argentina after a series of Italian clubs (Napoli, Lazio, Roma and and Inter Milan) were approached to no avail in January. The only interest I am aware of from England is from Sunderland. However, discussions were held last week between Valencia and a representative of l'OM and she has proposed that a deal involving Banega and Valbuena, who is wanted by Valencia, would suit all parties. She tells me that she thinks this can happen but nothing is done just yet.}

Ed who are the realistic striker targets that would be interested in a move to us, what defenders look to be a possibility any interest in Ben Davies or Toby Alderweireld. Thanks
{Ed002's Note - Morata has been dragging on from last summer when a number of clubs were interested in taking Morata on loan - this included CSKA and Arsenal. Real Madrid also thought that Liverpool would ask for Alvaro Morata as part of any transaction for Suarez but they never got that far in discussions. With a new striker arriving in the summer and Jese Rodriguez playing the way he is playing Morata may well be available for loan or sale. It was clear that there was interest from Arsenal in January and that interest remains. There is also interest from Juventus who have held discussions with Real Madrid and from Spurs. Dortmund and Napoli seem to have dropped what interest they had. If a sale rather than a loan is to happen, then Real Madrid will look for a buy-back clause which may be of a concern to the London clubs.}

Ed any idea of potential striker targets, I've read on the site that jackson martinez is probably off to Valencia. Lukaku seems to be an option but would he be sold to another premier league team or loaned/sold to Atletico Madrid? Is there any interest in Javier Hernandez, Rodrigo or Alvaro Morata.

{Ed002's Note - These are the players that Spurs have shown some level of interest in over recent months. Most predate the change of manager but were from a time when the club knew that Tim Sherwood would be moving on:
FW: Lacazette, Morata, Emenike, Jay Rodriguez (if he can prove his fitness), Konoplyanka, Lukaku (unlikely), Hernandez (but there is significant interest from elsewhere), Jackson Martinez (looks like he has nearly agreed to a move elsewhere), Heung Min Son
