gonna try and be a little more positive after yesterdays horror show . this is how I see our team ;
lloris
vertonghen as a left back, he may prefer centre defence but he's a better left back . kaboul and fazio in the centre with walker/dier at right back . giving us good attacking options at laft and right back .
strambouli sitting in front of the back 4 . ben davies ( don't believe davies is a natural defender, looks much better going forward ) on the left wing eriksen in the middle with lamela on the right and what i'd like to see tried is paulinho ( don't believe paulinho suits midfield, all his best stuff is in front of goal ) and soldado up front .
radical I know but it gives us more pace, more attacking options and a good spine to the team, cuts out all those players that let us down week after week and can't even pass a ball, that's why so few of our attacks actually have an end product, too many weak links .
whatever happens we have to stick by mauriccio .

Rob hot, wouldn't play Paulinho even if he was our last midfielder standing, far to slow on the ball and with it! Agree with playing Davies on the left but I wouldn't play Kaboul at all, nor would I risk losing Verts by forcing him to left back!

In a simple 4-4-2 system.

Some players haven't done enough to deserve a place in the squad. Lennon for example. Was great 5-6 years ago, but no progression.

I wouldn't play Dembele haven't seen him do anything of note since he signed for us.

We've got no creativity in the entire squad. We don't need an abundance of 6ft holding midfield players.
We had VDV, Modric, & Bale, & we never bought any players that look up when they have the ball. Ok possibly Eriksen. (When he turns up).
