For Flippit & The Anonymous Gang

I ask you these questions, you decide whether the Olympic Stadium is viable.

1. Have West Ham and London Legacy Development Corporation finalised the deal?

2. Even West Ham make it very clear that the wording is all based around the word PROPOSED & INTENDED. Even they state that 2016/17 is their intended year of delivery. Does this sound to you like the deal is finalised?

3. Why if agreed did a new consultation period only open on 23rd April this year for fans?

4. West Ham are hardly a stable permanent Premiership fixture, and the terms being proposed would provide a massive reduction in rent should they get relegated. Does that sound like the financial attractiveness that you would expect from such a deal?

5. Do you honestly think that the current WHL site would be granted planning permission for a total residential and commercial redevelopment if we were going to sell it off? In simple terms the answer would be impossible, and therefore could there be a significant financial driver behind this project?

6. Is the residential and commercial viabilty worth more or less than the current commercial only possition at WHL. In simple terms does it not make huge financial sence to redevelop the huge commercial, schools and residential plans within the project, and then once built decide we no longer want the stadium at WHL. This would mean that the remaining land would then fall into easy residential planning permission worth considerable millions more to the overall sale of the land?

7. If the West Ham tenancy over 99 years is so attractive, including low rent, little financial risk and all ticket and corporate revenues maintained, why do you think a shrewd businessman like Levy would pass over the opportunity?

8. Do you think LLDC would want a club like Spurs or a risk like West Ham as tenents?

The truth is there is certainly skullduggery stil to be played out, and I for one am totally convinced that the Olympic Stadium will ultimately go to Spurs.

Oracle who are we going to buy this summer????

Yes I do agree that everything points to west ham receiving ownership of the stadium. Spurs no longer are interested as they have lost out on the bid on two separate occasions.
Only a fool would still consider it as the future of spurs. You certanatly fit that description.

When are you going I get it, WE DIDN'T EVEN BID. The process is over. And I notice yet again that by posting lots of questions to me, you still didn't answer the questions that a have put to you.

I will give you the same answers you give us, in short buddy = nothing.
