I'm liking affalley. If we let modric go, then we need to do all we can to sign him
Modric is a deep-lying central midfielder. Affelay is a wide/attacking midfielder. In no way would he be a replacement for modric
But the difference is, affalley would mean we play with 11 payers.
Modric goes missing when he is not on it.
Sign affalley and play sandro/Hudds/Parker/Lennon/bale/vdv.
We could cope without modric.
Sell him and bring in affalley
So what your saying is sell Modric (which I agree with), sign affelley (Which I also agree with), then play 6 midfielders and none of them are affeley, not so sure about that tho!! lmao

I think any mixture of the above midfielders would be a great midfield.
Just no sandro and Parker together.
I think Parker, as good as he is, needs to be benched.

What do we want Walcott for.
He is just a sprinter who occasionally uses a football, plus we have Lennon and piennar already
We would never sell one of our star players to our main rival with a useless winger as part of the deal.
