Last night looked that we missed our wingers, we had no width maybe more cover for both sides if bale wants to stay in the middle imo.

Enjoy your moment in the sun, won't last! But the one thing that can't be denied is if your Ledley King had even a half decent set of knees he'd be in the top 3 CBs in the world. Fantastic player.

Dawson and king had the better of your stikers and parker was by far the best player on the pitch for effort and commitment. Liverpool looked like average mid table team. We had key players out and absent manager. Still good point that keeps us in well deserved 3rd place. Liverpool have a long way to go to even reach top 4 contention. No Quality is their problem.

Agree3 Disagree3

Sorry mate but lfc had lucas, enrique and suarez all not starting. 3 of our best players. U had VDV and Lennon who would actually play in the first team. LFC had more crucial injury problems

Agree1 Disagree3

If king had a decent set of knees he would be playing with a top club for sure but sadly for him he hasnt and has to stay with that lot

Typical. Third best team in London can't even take a compliment about their best player! Small club trying to mix it with the big boys, ha ha. Hope your league cup trophy isn't getting too lonely.

Spurs... Where dreams come to die and the taxman makes your manager miss his game.

Out injured Sandro,Kaboul,Lennon,Defoe and VDV.I think that makes five.Would have played if fit.Kaboul,Sandro/Lennon VDV/Defoe.At least three would have played.Still above you.Ha.Ha.
Happy Dave.

Oh well shows how well we are doing when all the sad saps make an appearance on our page , running us down . Looks like the curlys and the goners , spellings right , are that desperate about being mid table clubs that they feel the need to come on to our site .

A lfc fan comes on the page with a little banter and follows it with a massive compliment to ledley king and people still bite, very sad.
bottom line is you had friedel, walker, king, assou ekotto, bale, modric, parker and adebayor playing at the start of the game. 'questionably' 3 short of your strongest 11 but a fit dawson is still better than kaboul. lfc started the game without lucas, enrique and suarez.....statistically through opta stats 3 of the strongest in their position in the premier league. both depleted teams end of.
the saddest point for me as an lfc fan is i genuinely had hopes of spurs making a go of the league title this year but monday night showed that you're not ready, highlighted by kevin bond and scotty parker both saying that they were delighted with a point after the game.
not a title winning mentality i'm afraid to say. thought you may have had a real push especially with the spine of your squad being 30+ and modric and bale having long term aspirations of pastures new or possibly sunnier pastures in bale's case. your spine down the centre being-friedel-king-parker-defoe, and adebayor's wages too high for you to afford them come the summer.

In the summer bale will leave, modric will leave, adebayor will leave as ye have him on charity and cant afford him othyerwise, scot parker will be even older and redknapp will if still at liberty be manager of england..

Or Redknapp will be in the clink

Agree3 Disagree0

And your point big dickey is what , Spurs will be in the champions league and if you are lucky , you might be in the Europa league , still stuck with Ar*e Wenger spending no money ! Oh and please dont get your hopes up about Hazard , unless its mickey . He will want to play CL football , not sunday league pub football . God it was worth leaving your comment wasnt it !!

In the end we will still finish above you. While you are on it i think you will RVP will be leaving in the summer.Happy Dave.

Scousers, why dont go and have a barney on the stoke or west brom page on clinching a europa league spot, its laughable that you still see yourself as a big club, stop dining out on the CL you won almost ten years ago. your not the same side anymore, nobody fears going to anfield (8 draws). i feel a bit sorry for you, its delusional......stop punching above your weight

Very pleased with the result, a point from anfield in a dirty game with no players injured, and with that many players and the manager missing. Have to say though, very disappointed in Gareth, both for the dive and his reaction.
