Simples. 1. He's not been that great,
2 he is certainly not irreplaceable like modric or bale. Fernando Llorente, Leandro, Remy could all do just as well.
3. He's out of favour at his current club, they would like to get him off the wage structure
4. He's not our player. Harry is a football manager. He wants the biggest prices for his players if they get sold, and the lowest prices for ones he buys
5. His age, modric and bale are much younger, much better, and absolutely irreplaceable without spending ridiculous sums of money.
Theres five points, and I'm sure everyone else can come up with some more. Explained clearly enough, or have I used some vocabulary thats not at your literacy level yet?

lads - ignoring the fact we never want to see any of our playing for england (what with the bad luck we've had over the years) personally I think Scotty P is the stand-out choice to be captain. The only other two contenders are gerrard (past it and injured a lot) and hart (too young and we don't want extra pressure on Englands only good goalkeeper) what do you reckon, scotty for england?

Its only a kids tournament, It's all about experience & playing against different styles of football. Liverpool deserved to win the match anyway u could tell the majority of your lads were couple of yrs older besides your young lad on wing &your rb. Most of our lads can play at that level for few more yrs all lads in last yr of that age group are on loan 10 in total but they were never going to b included in next gen series so it makes no difference.
Your lads were physically to strong for our lads end of & deserved to go through. I think what the problem was that one of our lads had been on loan at maidstone utd so maybe that was something to do. With it. I could be wrong not to sure on the rules on it. The only other thing I can think of is the lad who came on for gomeltd wasn't registered at start of season.
There definately wasnt any player overage so there wasn't any advantage in it. Spurs contacted organisers about it so I don't think u can blame them of cheating. Move on its not the end of the world they've got what they wanted out of tournament.

Espur Spurs got told about it first and they withdrew the team so they didnt get punished...Not sure what the problem was but spurs didnt contact anybody it was the other way around mate...Good game though shame you guys are having a few off pitch problems...Spurs look real contenders this year

Espur - i heard it was because bentaleb (the sub who came on for gomelt) is only 15 and too young. don't think pool necessarily deserved to go through, at the end of the day its who scored the goals and took their chances! massive shame for the lads though, although if bentaleb is playing at this level at only 15 he must be a massive prospect!
Couldn't think of the lads name Bentelab was that it, pritchard & stewart would b the ones I'd have hope for nicholson could make it to he seems to have had a growth spurt last couple of months, worrying that we had to play 3 midfielders at the back, Stewart & lasser- wellens seem to b only 2 of note.
Mj it was someone from admin at club that noticed it management were unaware. Read a statement from organisers they were unaware until spurs told them.
Hope we enter again next yr it could b something the reserve LG look at maybe a euro b league make it u-25.

I feel disappointed by the purchases made. Nelsen and Saha are great purchases, 6 years ago! Redknapp this isnt portsmouth use the money. Please look at newcastle. Something about their transfer policy screams long-term success. We need their transfer guru, head scout whomever it is. Santon, ben arfa, cisse, etc and they're winning, while building a squad that can compete for years or sell at profit
