Can some one please tell me why we have a class keeper and he is sat there on the bench. His head at the moment wont be right as he is just as frustrated than i am. He should start against united,he would control the back four and would be a far better shot stopper. Please AVB play him.

Cause there's a class keeper already between the sticks

And who is that? He may be good but the saves he does is what Lloris can do and more.

Lloris will be our number one but AVB is playing a dangerous game at the moment.
Yeah I can understand him not dropping friedel, but, friedel is 41 ffs, he will prob retire soon. Get lloris in ( who is just as good, prob better than friedel) and let friedel wind himself down.
I don't think it helps that friedel had played 300 odd consecutive games, cos AVB knows the press will be on his case (again) when he drops friedel. It will be all avb's fault the run ended blah de blah de blah. I can just see it now...........!

KM, your posts are spot on and I think Ed001 is right with maybe its because he worked with Mourinho. We look fitter but the players eg Bale, Siggurdson look clueless at times. Is that Avbs complicated tactics, thats how he comes across in interviews or pre match talks. Instead of giving a simple answer he over talks points and confuses. He loses my interest quickly.
I would argue that Redknapp showed no loyalty either and he would of been off to the England job quicker than you could blink, he cost us Champions League.

Mate no one can blame HR for wanting to manage his own country it's probably every managers dream if he was younger he could of turned it down knowing there a chance in the future but now he knows it's over

This is probably part of the problem Levy had with Harry.
A journalist asked him a straight question: "Do you want the England Job?"
Harry gave a straight answer: "Yes."
In business you don't necessarily have the luxury of plain speaking.

The problem was our Arry would have been happy to walk out on us , without any thought about Spurs and how they stood by him through everything . He was and still is through the press , thinking of one person and only one person , HIMSELF ! Could you blame him for wanting the England job , probably not , but he was one of the first spouting about players sticking to their contracts , but it didnt count for him ! He thought he had that job and all the glory he could have got with out , nailed on , and would have walked without a care in the world . Yes , he was a good man manager , but tactics , way out of his depth !
We are unbeaten since Newcastle and maybe some results should have been better , but given a bit of time and backing from the fans and the players , and Levy buying us a decent CF , AVB will put us where we should be , top 3 !
