Dnt get me wrong I like Tim however I can help bit think this job is too big for him also with no movement in January I also think mr levy does not see time long term. Can anyone see Tim at the lane for 18 months which is the length of his contract.

I think he was only given an 18 month contract to appease his wishes that he didn't want anything short term. It's pretty common for managers to get an extra year on their contract as a sort of golden hand-wave when they are sacked.
I think he will be replaced in the summer.
