We play some quality football when Crouch is not on the pitch.

2 goals for pav! and hes on as a sub! ! think harry must be sleeping with crouch??? people question pavs comitment but really how would you feel if you were scoring goals but the manager has no faith in you (for what ever reason) and play the 2 strikers with the worst scoring record in the prem this season! i for one would be well pssed off!

Bad management.

You can't blaim Defoe. Do you remember last season when Defoe and Pav had a great partnership together.
Defoe is deadly when he plays on the shoulder of the last defender. He does that when he plays with Pav upfront because they both create the space for each other.
When Crouch plays, Defoe's role changes. Hes not on the shoulder and always deep. Thats why he doesn't perform. Its Bad management.
I feel for them both because Crouch has killed things for them.

I'd agree that Pav and Defoe are the two strikers that we should try and retain but i'm not sure of Defoe's attitude. His refusal to look at his own shortcomings often leave me feeling that he will never quite reach the height of his abilities. He wants regular starts but hasn't displayed the form this season to warrant them. He has been plagued by injury and the good early season form shown from Crouch and VDV linking up, which allowed Redknapp to play two wingers and Modric in the centre of midfield. This has pretty much made up the managers mind of playing one up top with a VDV type playing off of him. Defoe needs to be more that type of player if he is to cement a role at Spurs. Its not a big mans role either, look at players like Rossi, Hernandez and many others who do exactly that. Finally, he lives in a place called offside, needs to watch his lines better and be more intelligent with his movement away from play. He could learn a few things from his former teammate Darren Bent who would fit into that role perfectly now.

IF this really is Redknapp and not football agents linking their players to clubs then, yes, Id have to agree with you.
Its not like he hasnt had his tactics questioned, his team selections etc is it. Lets face it, if he REALLY thinks Crouch is a good player then you would have to feel that he has no idea whatsoever!
Personally, Id let him go now, the England manager job is his, he then has a year to go around watching Engish players, getting all his backroom staff together so that when Capello goes, he is ready to step right in. Do we really want to let him spend tens of millions of pounds when he will only be there one more season? Thats ridiculous! Watch this space, Redknapp will not be in charge at the beginning of the season ; )

Totaly agree with you. There is no point giving Harry tens of millions when he has one more season at Tottenham.
I hope your right. He shouldn't be in charge.

Redknapp, clueless?

First Green now Friedel, Parker, phill neville, Forlan, Van Nistelrooy.

What is it with him trying to bring in these old men. Why is he trying to kill our club.
Then you have him deciding whether to offer woody a contract. Its a clear NO, NO harry. Wake up. He is not the manager for us. A top manager would know exactly who and what we need. can you see chelsea, utd and city bringing in these old men. NO.

Harry redknapp should resign and wait for his England call.
what you guys think?

Harry has got us a long way in the past two years. in 2010 we bought Crouch, Kranjcar, The Two Kyles, Bassong and Kaboul and we got in the Champions League so i wouldn't be worried. Harry knows what he is doing and im sure whoever he signs will come up big for us

I don't believe Harry should go hes been one of our best managers since the mighty Bill Nicholson so its a bit early to say you want him sacked

I toataly agree with Jake if we didn't have harry we would of been relegated or we would be a crummy lil mid table team he's managed to keep Modric for three years which is brilliant and hes got the best out of Bale, Rose, Pav, Modric, Dawson and Ekotto before Harry came they were mediocre and now look at them their brilliant i think its harshto criticise with Harry and who needs new players when we have fantastic prospect coming through the ranks like Andros Townsend
Ryan Mason
Jonathan Obika
Nathan Byrne
Steven Caulker
Tom Carroll
Anton Blackwood
John Bostock
Dean Parrett
Massimo Luongo
they wil end up fantastic players for spurs if he stays
