We desperately need a left back! Can someone inform me why Assou-Ekotto has been shifted away to QPR Harry Redknapp turned him into a good solid left back so why doesn't Sherwood bring him back and do the same? It worked with adebayor. Besides he's not the best in the world but the guy can defend, cross and score a screamer from time to time think we should build his confidence up and slot him in at left back for a season. I'd have him anyday ahead of rose and naughton

Totally agree! However, Levy might be a better left back than Ade.
BAE had an issue whereby his ability decreased as his hair length increased. He's no better than Rose, and that is why he was shifted out on loan (also I feel that AVB was looking to remove a difficult personality).

Wulf, Ekottu is much better than Rose. I know he makes a few mistakes here and there but he is a very good player and would of been a much better option than Rose, Naughton or Fryers. The left back who plays for Benfica think its Perrera he would be a quality upgrade.
