Great been a spurs fan always thinking things are going to change then you get let down and the wind gets kicked out your sails, someone stated in a blog today that there has been a catalyst of failures made over the years and that, finally lessons had been learned and that a new era beckoned and finally we had someone coming in who was a winner with pedigree and an emphasis on football and a new direction van gal . can't see it happening now . Starting to believe spurs going nowhere with Enic better the devil you know but they have failed could of made a lot more money and been more successful with decent decisive decisions and took the fans with them . Should never have sacked redknapp without a plan all we have had since is nothing have always stuck up for levy but he has had his chance unless he can bring a rabbit out of the hat very shortly its about time We hired Sir Allans plane and flew a banner over the lane

$0d it, I think I want Benitez. Let me speak before I'm taken away by the men in white coats, he has Premier League experience at two big clubs. He won the Champions League when Liverpool were average and got Chelsea out of a hole with Champions League qualification and a Europa League trophy when they looked shot to bits.
I don't think his football is all that all the time but can be when doing well and confident, I'm not sure of his man-management skills either but Harry had his favourites and mis-fits, AVB seemed to have none and TS is all over the place with certain individuals and comments.
Also, let's be real, we won't get Klopp or Simeone, Everton won't let Martinez go so soon and I don't think he would, Pochettino is only potentially decent - jury is out yet, LVG very likely to retire or go to United and not managed in the league here before, De Boer - another unproven.
There aren't that many options other than.Moyes! I'd rather Benitez thanks.
I have a feeling Ancelotti could get canned by Real yet this summer . I'd be happy to see him at the Lane.

the fact that Sherwood does not feel Sandro is good enough for the Spurs squad says more about him as a manager. No Idea. Soldado, Sandro. Lamela. Capoue, hope will all get more of a crack next season. Although I am all for youngsters coming through which I hope will continue in the Europa league and fa cups. This fascination with playing a high defensive line needs to end and the best players need to be playing in positions that are to their strength. The style of play also has to the same rather than just hitting the ball from distance. Naughton, Rose, Daws, Lennon have to go in the summer but the rest of the squad I would persevere with with additions, most noticibly LB and CB.
Sandro hasn't been good enough since he returned from injury, I don't think that is debatable. But that said I don't think leaving him out of the match day squad is going to motivate him to stay either or get him fit enough to regain his form.
Who has been good enough except Eriksen and Lloris! We have a squad that needs a manager to lead them, not slag them off!

New poster here been reading this page for a while. Looks like we're going to miss the boat again due to bigger club pulling power! I'm all for Steve Bruce from hull to have a crack at the big stage? Any thoughts anyone?

That no hoper I mentioned no compensation with clear run and cheap David Moyes who will be plagued by this for the rest if his carrier . AVB all over again groundhog day . We have been left with our pants down again, second best for spurs fear the worst no news is good news, but when we do get news fear it won't be want we want news .

Oh well, that's us the second (at best) choice of any manager we'd be interested in then. apart from Moyes. We've near enough been the pedestrian sort of team he sets up for 18months+, perfect fit for each other, disaster overall though.
