This is who I'd like to see Spurs go for in January:

Llorente - We NEED a striker. There's no two ways about that. We can't just rely on Ady and JD.

Sturridge - We need another pacey winger to keep Lennon and also Bale on their toes. We can't have them getting complacent knowing that their positions are theirs for good. Andro Townsend is making great progress too mind you!

Huth - A bit of a strange one but I feel we need decent cover at the CB role. My ideal back 4 is Walker, Kaboul, Caulker, Vertonghen. Gallas is ageing and isn't as reliable as always. I know we can always stick Vertonghen back into CB role but I don't trust BAE at left back anymore. It seems he always makes these silly cockups and causes us to concede stupid goals. I'd rather play Vertonghen as our first LB. Anyway, Huth is a solid CB with plenty of PL experience.

Moutinho - It is pretty obvious we lack some flair in the middle of the park since the sales of Modric and VDV. As good as Dembele is, he isn't the player to pop the ball around and spread play as well as a flair player like Moutinho. I would play Dembele behind the striker where he is at his best, driving at defences and getting his shots off. And stick Moutinho as the CM infront of Sando, who would solidify the back 4 by sitting infront of them.

I know Moutinho has pledged his allegiance to Porto but we all know that in this age of football, money talks. So we'll see about this one.

If not then I'd love for Spurs to make a go for someone like Rakitic from Sevilla or Cabaye from Newcastle.

Not sure that we need cover at CB, Dawson has proven himself in the past and I think he will be quality again. Spurs will be hard pushed to find a better CB to sit on the bench. Midfield, we are already overloaded, and judging by his performances so far, Sigurdson is the capable of slotting the ball around, and Dembele - Sandro is a great partnership. Can't really see that we need another CM, but tomorrow will be the real test. Upfront, I'd like to see Sturridge, maybe even a move for Welbeck or Hernandez now they are down the pecking order at United.
