Ganso will always be a rumour, there is no way we could afford him unless we sell bale or modders.
He looks as though he will sign with either of the Milan clubs or he will go wherever Neymar goes but I doubt he will sign for us but Leandro Damiao looks like he will sign for us and hes a proper old fashioned Striker like Liniker
I think we could get him no one really has been linked with him! and if we did bid big he would be a great addition would cost alot though!

We should hold onto niko as he is a croatian also charlie and could help have modric stay Lovren CB could be brought in ( croatian too) to replace woody and bass who are set to leave. We desperately need a striker who scores 20 + goals and pav crouch could stay

yes guys there will be time when he would want to play at real, barca, man utd, ac milan , juva. . i agree that we r getting better n better by each day. . but all know these foreign players. .they have some cult respect for barca, real milans. .(. like ronaldo. was no.1 player in epl .with best team man utd but he still went)

Yeah maybe he will leave at some point but why the hell would we want to sell one of our best players? If he was that intent on leaving he would have handed in a transfer request already. .
If he wasn't happy at WHL (and don't read too much into what the papers bull**it about) then why would he sign a 6 year contract with us last year.

These rumours must be being posted by bitter Arsenal and liverpool fans.
Us Spurs fans know the real deal. He is a loyal man and is very happy at Spurs.
We will not accept any bid for Modric and he WILL be at the lane come the start of next season.
P.s. these were the exact same words Levy and Redkanpp have used time and time again.

It was my understanding that Modric was now amongst the top earners at Spurs, i'm not sure the papers estimates of £55k a week are entirely accurate, I thought it was closer to £65-70k per week. Also, I know that the commercial departments at Spurs have publicly been telling shareholders that their investments are more then safe and top players will not be sold unless they are not wanted, also there will be "marquee" signing(s) in this transfer window.

If all the deals suggested get done it looks a bit un-creative in the center of midfield, and too reliant on the wingers. However, a swap of Crouch with Asamoah Gyan and spending the remaining £30mil on a bid for Wesley Sneijder would make us a bit tasty!
Er why would it be uncreative in Midfield when Modric isn't going anywhere/ Sandro looked superb the end of last season/VDV is sitting in the hole!
