Ed. Do you know whether Adebayor is on anything close to his city wage? Are spurs offering him a package within our so called wage structure? Or is this deal similar to the 115k Bale deal? {Ed002's Note - No idea, sorry.}

With the way the squad is shaping up I am a little worried about where the goals are likely to come from this season. Ade is worth about 20, Sigurdsson can get 10-15, so can Bale and so can VDV (if he stays). I know Vertonghen has a good record from the back, but I think we need one extra front 3 player, who can play wide or central, and add another 15+ goals. Any of Sturridge, Remy, or Adrian would be welcome.
Well if your calculations are correct we'll score 55-65 goals. We scored 59 last season and that did us proud. Play Defoe a bit more and that number will shoot up.
What is this love in with defoe?
hes simply not good enough to be a main striker for a top 4 club

Subs: Cudicini K.Naughton - M.Dawson - A.Lennon -
J.Livermore - (R.VDV/GDS) - J.Defoe
Not a bad line up at the moment but I think we could definitely do with 3 more players to cap off a true title challenging team..

We defo dont need any more attacking midfielders! Unless you're talking about a modric replacement. Also, I think thudd should replace parker or Sandro in your lineup as Scottie and Sandro are too similar and don't play well together
Sigurdsson can play the wings and I expect he'll be there rather than in the center. Replace VDV/GDS with Sigurdsson and put Moutinho/Modric in the middle along side Parker/Sandro and Huddlestone (as mentioned above Parker and Sandro are like for like)
I think the formation is right but my line up would be different I would play
Friedel - Walker - BAE - Big Jan - Kaboul - VDV - Siggie - Thudd(If fit)
GDS - Ade - Bale
Subs - Gomes - Naughton - Dawson - Parker - Lennon - Livermore - Defoe.
However if we can sign another striker, Id play up front in place of GDS and bench him for Livermore.
Just my opinion.

Is Adrian Lopez any good? Considering arsenal want him I doubt it thinking of chamakh and that other guy we also wanted in the past.

Despite the 3 top class signings we still need to add
a world class keeper, another striker, a replacement
for Luka and possibly a winger who is capable of playing
on both flanks......unless AVB gives Gio the chance
he deserves. I think Gio would flourish in an attacking
4-3-3 formation that AVB uses. The perfect competition
for Aaron Lennon if you ask me.

I can see us bringing in a Striker who can play across the front 3 and provide competition. E.g. Sturridge, Remy, Adrian.

Suarez isnt the striker we need ... With securing Adebayor we need someone who is prolific ... And scores with almost every chance that's presented to him Adebayor and Suarez don't do that ... Besides I doubt the Suarez being unsettled is just media Tosh
Liverpool isnt a seller club like you....it was an odd 50miln bid for torres that only peruse us to sell..one of our main players.
SUAREZ IS NOT FOR SELL. even if he does force a transfer(highly unlikely). it would take same amount. 30miln+ for us to sell him.
levy would have to sell his a** to fund that much money....wake up ...
he is not a ..cheap(money wise) squad player to whom levy would through some money biscuits (gilfy s...70k? ) n you would have him..
