Adebayor " he's a good manager and we just have to find a way to try to understand what he wants to tell us and how he wants us to play and put that on the pitch".

I said last week the players are clueless with his tactics and this confirms it. They don't even understand how Poch wants them to play let alone playing like it.

In his defence he at least admitted that its upto the players and they were to blame as we've had soo many managers.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

"He is a good manager, we just have to figure out how to understand what he wants" - is that not a contradiction?

Agree1 Disagree0

TheY have only had since August!

Agree0 Disagree0

How bad is it? Not only are the vast majority of our players rubbish they are all stupid as well.

Have read all posts, lots of frustration and I sense a disturbance in the force that is the spurs, yellow card getting a battering, but he is right no one likes booing the boys but with there performances of late, we the supporters have no other way than to voice our frustration at them, thier big boys and paid well and should be able to take it . It comes with the perks of which there are plenty . With regards to mopo I want him to succeed but I fear the pressure has got the better of him and he as panicked made some bad calls and stopped playing his high pressing game redknapp once said how do you keep 11 millionaires happy, well mopo has got 22 and none of them want to play .

watched siggurdsson yesterday still can't understand why spurs got rid.can play midfield or as a striker also bring back tom carroll he played very well.i also think spurs should have got david moyes instead of mopo I think he would have done a better job

Believable0 Unbelievable1

10 Nov 2014 18:10:02
Siggurdson was very very average for us when he played.

Agree4 Disagree0

To be fair to Gylfi he was always played out of position. He did get goals and assists in the big games as proved yesterday and one thing we lack are players that can produce in the big games.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do we play everybody out of position?

Well there you have it people, the fans are having a negative impact on the way our team performs. You want to blame everyone but yourselves. Well like I said previously accept your responsibility in the progress of our team and SUPPORT the side. White Hart Lane is becoming the library mk2 and it's being more and more destructive. It's no surprise that AVB struggled with home matches and now so does Mopo. I always hear it's Levys fault because of this and the managers because of that, Baldini has bought a load of dross or the players have no fight but the second I suggest our role in the downfall of our club you all get defensive. Well time to show the fight and desire you demand from the players and really get behind the team and if then come the end off the season we are still poor, well then point fingers.

Yellowcard, you only picked out a fraction of what ade said. I think he is actually pleading with the fans to give them the time and support they need as he believes the team and manager have the ability to turn it around, but when we play at home the pressure is a lot more severe. As soon as we concede it becomes a panic because they obviously do not want to disappoint the fans. C'mon guys regardless of what's happening on the pitch let's do our part in the stands atleast then we can say we did our best even if the players cannot.

Yours sincerely Daniel Levy in disguise.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Let me see if I get this right. The customers (fans) of a business (THFC) are unhappy with the product.

According to the employees (Ade) of said business it is the customers fault the product is poor.

Really, you want to make that argument?

Agree2 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 16:03:38
Yeah I'm sure I do as I cannot effect a product from say a shop by screaming and singing at it. For example my tv works no better when I sing at it and on the flip side works just aswell when there is a bad atmosphere in the room as it is unable to feel the negativity in the room. Although I do get what your trying to say it doesn't work so well in this argument. Ade did also say the players are also to blame and need to up their game but the negativity is not helping. The problem is that we are nervous before we even enter the stadium as we are expecting the worst. Although the players and manager are the reason behind these nerves we need to rise above it and cheer the side on regardless so atleast we can say we've played our part like I said previously.

Ed, if you received two posts from me that are similar can you please post the first one as I'm sure I worded it better but I'm not sure if I sent it or accidentally deleted it, many thanks.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - This is the only post that came through.}

And should be he last! Ever.

Agree1 Disagree2

I understand that this is not a real business/product by standard definitions and yes the atmosphere in the ground can and does affect the players.

But the performances appear to be regressing not improving. earlier in this short season one could see signs of MoPo's pressing philosophy. This has gone awol in recent games, is this the players, coaches or fans fault?

i believe if fans see progress and at a bare minimum effort from the players then the fans will support them. Too many times already in this short season the players show no commitment to the cause.

I don't agree with booing a commited team. But these players earn how much a week? More than most fans earn in a year I would guess - then they run out and play like a disinterested bunch of individuals and are surprised the fans turn on them. It really isn't that difficult to comprehend.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 17:34:59
Spot on Yellow-Card, what right as hardworking overpaying fans do we have to boooo when the goings not so good. They earn good money to run around in our beloved shirt, a right that all of our overpaying fans would give their right arm for. We pay you bloody wages, so if you can't stand the booo`s or criticism then pull your bloody fingers out

Agree0 Disagree0

Where does this bloke live, cloud cuckoo land? If we, the fans, sit back, clap and cheer the dross that our overpaid and un worked players are dishing out, what incentive will they have to try harder . I can see our old mate Alan Sugar, sat at his desk, talking to one of his workers, saying, look your performing very badly but never mind, I will keep cheering you on, paying you large wages, till the end of the year, then if it's not picked up, we can sort it then!
Get real please!!

Northeast why should it be my last? Because I put across valid points people have no response to? If you want to join the conversation then feel free to do so but atleast have something productive to bring to the debate like say yellowcard does instead of snide little remarks which offer no more than getting you more acceptance amongst the masses on here.

Yellowcard, I'm not solely blaming the fans as it seems like you think. Obviously the manager, players and board have their part to play in this aswell but my point (which seems to be getting missed in all of this) is that instead of playing the blame game let's just do our part and support the team, sing from the second the ball is kicked till the final whistle atleast that way we can hold our heads up high knowing we did our part. We complain about the lack of effort from our players but ignore the lack of effort being offered by ourselves. It works both ways, do you not agree? No your right it is easy to understand of course but the team hasn't really been given the time to get a understanding in a place, it's been 11 games and we share the same amount of points as Liverpool and are behind our target of fourth by four points. It's really not that bad!

Much love, I've said it enough times on here that it is your choice to pay money to the club nobody forces your hand. You do not have to spend £40 on a shirt, you do not have to attend games. Most pubs show these matches regularly so why do you belive the club owes you anything. The money earnt from ticket sales is minimal compared to what they get from tv rights and sponsorship, is it not? So no need to act as if you "you pay their wages".

Davo, I see once again you couldn't think of a response to our previous conversation so decided not to reply but decided to jump in on this conversation and try to insult me when you have others to help you out. Can you not have a debate with me without resorting to childish remarks? Does it really annoy you that much that I'm obviously so much smarter than you are. If you cannot come up with a way to get your point across then give up mate, without the stress you will live longer.

P.s I live in Cornwall so when I attend games I'm sure it costs me far more with the travelling and accommodation costs than it does you but that doesn't give me the divine right to demand more. Seeing as at the end of the day it's my choice to attend games, nobody makes me.

Agree0 Disagree0

I appreciate your point of view and don't totally disagree but to say no person has a response to your valid points leads me to believe you choose not to consider the other points of view.

So let's all get behind our team and cheer them on as a they continue to perfom like a team that belongs mid table of the championship.

Spurs1985, while I agree with a lot you say I would like to say that the team have to give us something back. Adebayor used this situation for himself as he receives the most negativity. He has no right to say anything really.

Im angry too, supporting spurs makes you ill so I try to be positive but sometimes you can't. Yesterday was pathetic. I bkame Poch as much as the players, his rotation espcially in defence is a joke. Making Kaboul the captain was farcical.

Use the players we have now to their strengths (if some of them have any) and forget this 'philosophy' crap until we have the players.

Slating spurs1985 for his views is bull because the lad is supporting spurs and that's it. It gets incredibly reoetitive on hear, we know Rose, Naughton are rubbish so let's move on.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 20:29:54
Sorry yellowcard card that obviously read different than I meant it to as what I meant is I respond to people's post regardless of whether I'm right or wrong and try my best to explain whereas others (yourself not included) just say really childish things then hide from the rest of the conversation. Of course what I'm saying is controversial, I'm aware of that. But I read this site daily and listen to the constant moaning on here but stay quiet and accept people's views but I just felt people need to hear another opinion on the way things are and then I get insulted because my view is different than theirs. I'm up for a someone to put a valid point across to why I'm wrong, well I still haven't heard it. Although you clearly do not agree with everything I say atleast you can respond in the right manner and put your point across correctly. Although I may not agree with you 100% I have responded to you respectively, have I not?

Agree0 Disagree0

1985, I don't appear to be the only one that disagrees with you!

Is there anyone who does agree with you?

Can I just ask you, is it too much to ask that these so called 'professional' footballers who are paid a decent wage that play for a team that I love and have done for many years, actually 'showed that they care' and 'made an effort'?

I live in the North East and the costs associated with me and my son coming to watch my team are probably more that some peoples wages! However, ALL I would request from the players is that they show commitment and try to transfer the gaffers beliefs during the weeks training into the matches!

Or does Levy just keep the managerial merry go round going at our club.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 21:42:44
Wow, now that's a constructive well thought out post that has put me in my place (that is not sarcasm by the way) I actually cannot think of anything to say that would add anything more to this conversation based on your comments. I guess the frustration of our performances makes it hard to listen to somebody saying things are not as bad as they appear which is why you can respond in a proper manner because as you say, you try to see the positives.

Agree0 Disagree0

1985 we're good, it's a good conversation. I won't cheer for a bunch of individuals that don't at least make some effort for the team I've followed for over 45 years, I won't boo them either.

But this bunch looks like one of the worst collections of individuals I've seen at our club. Add to that we seem to be getting worse over 11+ games not better.

MoPo looks forelorn on the sideline - it's hard to imagine any other business, a professional being paid 170k per week saying he doesn't understand what his manager wants him to do. Just watch the tapes of Soton from last season we're not putting rockets on the moon, then again those people probably got paid less and were motivated.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 22:38:37
Just to be clear my post above was aimed at Spurski's reply.

Northeast, do you honestly think I could care less if people agree with me? Do my posts read as though I'm trying to make friends? I accept my posts are controversial and people don't want to hear them. All everyone wants to hear is that we are a shambles. That said it does appear someone agrees with me, that would be yourself northeast as my original point was that we need to support the team to stop this manager merry go-round. I know a lot more has come from the original post, which I expected that's why I ended the post with "let the abuse and negative comments commence".

But no, it's not too much to ask but is not fair to ask for us to also give our best like we demand from the players? See if that gives the players the lift and confidence they need? If that doesn't work and say half way through the season we are still awful then start asking questions? I mean we are only a little way over a quarter of the season through. It may take longer than we all want but are we really that poor a group of supporters that we give up on the team we love so easily. Let me put it differently, would you give up on your wife/girlfriend as easily because things are looking bleak? Or would you put every ounce of fight you had into it until it's clear as crystal it's not going to work? I know I sure as hell will because I fight for the things I love. I'm not sure of the reason behind our awful performances but I do believe it has a lot to do with the many changes of managers we've had. We've got 20+ players bought in by 4 different managers to suit 4 different systems now that just isn't going to work straight away and will need time people are unwilling to give.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 22:59:14
Yellowcard, it has been a good conversation your right. I've really enjoyed the debate we've all had on here, that's aimed at everyone who's been involved by the way. We all want the same thing from our club but I suppose we just have different views on how that can happen.

Fair enough, that is your choice but I'm not saying to necessarly cheer the individuals but the club as a whole. I mean if having WHL at full volume was to guarantee us to win the game (or at very least create a decent performance from our players) would you not do everything you could to help that happen? I know I would, I would play my part for 90 mins. I would not stop until I'd lost my voice (as I have done at many games) but that's just because I honestly believe the fans have just as much to do with the performance on the field as the manager and players, I could be wrong though.

Agree0 Disagree0

Given that we have 20+ players acquired for 4 managers with different styles - does it not seem sensible that the current manager use the players he has at his disposable to the best of their ability and transition over 2, 3 or 4 transfer windows to his chosen philosophy rather than try to force round pegs into square holes?

And wouldn't that approach be more acceptable and likely produce better results than a team that looks lost and uncommitted, not just on the pitch but also in the stands.

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Nov 2014 04:12:17
1985, a lot of what you say is incorrect imo.

However crack on with your 'let's support the players' and it would appear that you have a new keyboard with the length of opinion you post!

Ps we are all entitled to an opinion too.

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Nov 2014 07:52:27
Northeast, you say it's incorrect but then have no examples of why, typical. Atleast if your going to try have a debate bring something to the table don't just dismiss what I say. The length of my posts have nothing to do with the device I use to type, it's to do with the fact my argument has a lot more thought to it and I can justify the words I write. It appears you cannot do the same.

Yes of course you are and can clearly see further down when someone actually makes a good point I concede and accept the point yg they make. Unfortunately people like yourself just resort to snide remarks and use sentences like "I'm entitled to my opinion" to hide behind instead of usinig a couple of your brain cells in a detailed explanation as to why your opinion is correct.

I don't expect that to happen now though so I'll just get on board with the blame game, that'll make you all happy. Imo it's the ball boys fault, they don't get the ball back to the players fast enough. Useless young men!

Agree0 Disagree1

Yet again 1985 yet again. will you ever learn.

Just for the record, I am busy running my 4 businesses to sit here responding to everyone's criticism of my team, unlike some. However for someone so young you know EVERYTHING!! sarcasm!!

You must perceive that all the garbage that you type is correct and that nobody else has an opinion.

For the record, whilst we have been playing ATROCIOUS for the past 2 years (if you check out my historical posts) I have been banging on about getting behind the team, however losses in 2014 / 15 season West Brom, Liverpool (again), Newcastle (again), Stoke. 2013 / 14 season Wet spam, Newcastle, Liverpool ALL at HOME!

come on, and the way in which we are playing. yes let's get behind the team. Sarcasm.

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Nov 2014 14:28:11
Yes at home where the atmosphere is rubbish, because of the so called fans, my point exactly. Will you never learn? Not sarcasm!

Agree0 Disagree1

Help me understand how the travelling fans are the reason for such poor performances at Villa and the second half at Asteras?

Agree1 Disagree0

11 Nov 2014 17:30:36
Fair point yellowcard but one and a half bad away games would probably be considered good don't you think? seeing as teams are supposed to struggle away from home.

Agree0 Disagree1

My point again 1985 you just seem to have an answer, to EVERYTHING.

How can us mere mortals compare.

Agree1 Disagree0

But, 1985, it's not just one and half away games is it?

Do you really feel like the performances and player commitment are improving?

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Nov 2014 19:55:27
No unfortunately I don't yellowcard, I think we are finding it difficult. I have my reasons as to why I think it's happening but I cba to go into detail because I know it's not worth it on this page.

Northeast, yes I do because I actually understand my point clearly you do not. The fact is the reason we are even talking is because the initial comment you wrote, saying I should not post ever again. That's the kind of intellect you pocess I'm not surprised you find it difficult to understand.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pochetino is the problem at Spurs, and Levy has to hold up his hand and say he made a mistake. A manager who took Espanyol to rock bottom of the Spanish table before being sacked. He then inherited what we now know was a fantastic youth squad that was nothing to do with him. Was it hard to finish mid table with Lallana, Luke Shaw, Lovren, Calum Chambers who they sold for £88m, not to mention Jay Rodriguez, Nathanial Clyne, Schneirderlin, Lambert, Puncheon and others. To be fair he bought in Livren for £8.5m which was a surprise, but let's not forget he also paid £15m for Osvaldo. He over works teams and has little tactical acumen, Ronald Koeman is showing us just how average he was with his one success story over 1 season.

OK so let's say we need a new manager, does that solve the issues we have at the club. Lloris and Vorm are without question the best goal keeper pairing in the league, only Chelsea come close with Courtois and Cech. LB is a nightmare when Assou Ekotto comes to the front of my ability ranking. Rose is simply diabolical at defending, and Davies hasn't really been given a chance and failed with his limited exposure to date. Surely we need a new LB if we are to create a solid foundation to build upon. CB is also a mess as Vertonghen looks disinterested and Kaboul, Chiriches, Fazio all look weak. Veljkovic looks the one for me or perhaps Dier in his natural position is a better choice. Even so we have enough. RB looks better with Walker nearly back and De Yedlin coming in the New Year. CDM is a problem after losing Sandro and Stambouli and Capoue look very average. Cristophe Kramer or a free transfer Lassana Diarra has to be a Jamuary focus. CM looks better with Mason, Bentaleb and Dembele, just how Dembele isn't given the green light is simply astounding. LM is a weird one as Chadli threatens to be a real asset, but Konolyanka must be the option for us to give the width we are missing. CAM is easy with the superb Eriksen, blame the clowns around him for being too clever for them! RM looks fine with Lamela, Lennon and Townsend all able to play there. CF is a mess as Kane is still learning and Adebayor and Soldado are terrible. We have to secure a player like Jackson Martinez or dare I say it Balotelli!

Let's see what father Christmas brings us, and all pray that the Europa Laegue gets us out of jail this season.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Have you seen Dembele do anything for us of note since signing?

A PL team can not afford to start Lamela and Eriksen they are both physically weak and have a habit of disappearing totally.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 19:49:05
We haven't got the right players to play Pochs pressing game, doee this mean we have to sell the likes of Eriksen, Lamela or does Poch set up to our strengths? I would choose the latter.

Agree0 Disagree0

That will require MoPo to be the one that adapts his philosphy to the tools he has available to him or will he walk away like AVB?

Agree0 Disagree0

Bit harsh saying about Espanyol they were financially in tatters. The thing is what are the tools he has to work with capable of, championship standard football? It has to be wholesale changes over the next two windows and Mopo has to have the final say on all transfer decisions without the interference of Baldini.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 06:42:42
Hi fellow people, in my opinion, this season so far has been a let down. We completely lack a leader on the pitch, a Roy keane type a player who will kick other player out of it on the pitch if there not doing there job. We're too soft all over the pitch, no nasty streak at all.

Been overturned physically constantly. all Mark Hughes had to say today was tottenham are soft. get in there faces and we'll win. rant over

Believable2 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2014 12:03:30
Agree we have so many lightweights, and a team full of individuals.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 00:35:36
I don't think it's necessarly a question of them getting fit enough for games but more about them getting used to the extra strain being asked of them in training. Everyone has the impression that professional footballers don't suffer from fatigue but unfortunately these people are only human and will struggle to adapt like the rest of us. In the long run it should benefit the team but again only time will tell. If there is no improvement by then I could accept the panic but hearing fellow supporters go on about a crisis after 11 games is pathetic. Especially after the majority on here were saying whatever happens this year the main thing is for Levy to give Mopo time.

Yes I believe that could be the foundation of our problems, the players don't feel the manager is important as what he thinks is unlikely to matter in a year or two. The knock on effect from that is the next manager comes in and gives these players a chance when it's best to move theses players on (Ade).

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Therein I think maybe the crux of the problem. Unless Levy demonstrates commitment to one of his managerial appointments this cycle of hope and despair will continue with the occasional hiatus when we have the fortune to unearth a Bale type quality of player.

I hope MoPo turns it around, but it's hard to fault fans for booing players that don't even appear to care about the club and the result(s) of their effort or lack thereof.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 01:39:40
Yes of course but can he stand by a manager if the fans lose faith in him? I believe it could force his hand even if he wants to give the manager time. How many times do we hear a manager has lost his job because he lost the dressing room or lost the support of the fans? As the main man he has to be seen to doing something doesn't he?

Same yellowcard, mainly for the sanity of our fans haha. I don't agree with booing the players who play for the club, I also don't agree with booing those that have left the club for that matter (obviously even I will accept there is exceptions, Sol "dirty Judas" Campbell the obvious example) as I think there is better ways to show our disappointment without resorting to booing. It really annoys me when I hear our fans boo our players, that is just me though and wouldn't expect that to change though.

Let's just hope the performances and results improve so it doesn't become a issue.

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha, the conundrum a Chairman (Levy) that allows his decisions be second guessed by his customers (fans).

How many times will Levy make the wrong decision and get away with it, in no other business would that be the case.

Don't get me wrong I think Levy has been good for the club, but I am beginning to wonder when he will actually stand behind one of his appointments as manager? He appears to back Baldini, but his "signings" so far have been failures. Why not support a manager AVB or MoPo deserve his backing.

Agree0 Disagree0

If they "play" for the club I agree no booing . but what we have witnessed recently is not people playing for the club, they don't even look like they are playing for each other. Something is majorly amiss.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 10:19:48
Any business would dismiss the manager if he was to upset his customers to the point they didn't want to revisit the business. There is normally a results clause built in to your contract as there is in my job. 3 months of failure without a good reason or proof of building the business could see me dismissed.

Your correct about Levy though and I believe one of the ed's did say that it was Levy on the chopping board if the appointment of Mopo was not a success, rightly so because as you say he's made some questionable decisions.

I see the performances of the players as something that can be fixed because let's face it our team is better than atleast 6 teams above us, it definitely has got to be something to do with mentality or the players disillusioned with the way the club has stagnated over the last couple of years. Question remains, is Mopo good enough to turn this around and will he get the time?

Agree0 Disagree0

1985, please explain how you show your disappointment to the players without booing! I think at least 25,000 fans would love to know . These pampered, protected so called stars, who suffer with having to train hard every day, who have specialist masseurs, doctors, nutritionalists and arse lickers running around catering for their every whims, whilst picking up thousands a week in wages, thousands in bonuses and endorsements! Yes, as every fan knows, Levy has dragged us up as a club and given us a good footing, but in return he has actually destroyed the playing side of the club . Instead of paying thousands a week to Baldini to have regular holidays supposedly looking at players abroad, get rid and BACK THE MANAGER with the money he deserves . Stop making us settle for second best when players come up for sale! I have never booed at the lane, but this season it's getting closer . Levy and co sit back raking in the pennies whilst serving a plate load of sh**e up to the supporters . He picked Mopo, we'll learn from your previous 12 appointments and back the manager . At the same time tell him, stop changing 7 or 8 players a game and get some stability in the team!

Agree0 Disagree0

I doubt these players are good enough to create a good PL team. Too many of them lack the physicality to compete ie. Eriksen and Lamela. Both gifted players, but can you afford to start with both of them in the team? A number of the others just don't look good enough on a consistent basis ie. Rose, Kaboul, Lennon, Townsend and Naughton.

That is six or seven of our regular starters. Either we aren't as good as we think we should be or the team selection and tactics are wrong.

Levy is between a rock and a hard place, if his job is on the line with MoPo it's not looking to good of late. We pressed better and played better in earlier games under MoPo than we have of late that is a major concern. Leading me to wonder about the "team" chemistry under MoPo.

Agree0 Disagree0

And now one of our vice captains comes out and says they are having difficulty understanding what MoPo wants them to do . The cracks are appearing.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2014 14:36:26
Davo, why do the players need us to let them know we are dissatisfied? Surely it's common sense that the fans are not going to be happy if we lose. Do you believe up until the booing the players were thinking we were happy with how things are going?

The fact you are unhappy Davo does not surprise me as I cannot recall a single positive post from you. You remind me of my assistant manager at work (who is also a spurs fan) he only seems to spend his time moaning about this and that.

Finally you kinda contradict yourself in the that post by saying "BACK THE MANAGER" whilst then adding " tell him, stop changing 7 to 8 players a game" well if the managers choice is to rotate the squad then back him with it don't tell him what he can and can't do. I mean that is the reason he employed him in the first place is it not?

Agree0 Disagree0

Fair point on the back him one, point taken .
But, I would love to work for you . I could bugger about all week, pick up my lovely wages, not really bother knowing that you ain't going to say anything until the end of the year whatever performances I produce!!

10 Nov 2014 20:49:11
Davo, I'm successful in my job. I've taken depots that are consistently bottom of their division to the top but I don't do it by sacking everyone, I get them on board with what I'm trying to achieve. Yes of course there are some bad eggs that don't fit my system but I don't need to sack them as they walk or transfer elsewhere. I then build a team based around my philosophy, which is make them hungry for money, and everyone pulls together with the same goal, which is to make more money for themselves, which in turn makes my depot and myself more money. This does take time, it can take from a month to a year depending on what the previous manager was like. For example the previous manager in my current project moaned a lot so I find the staff he left behind also moan alot. I've managed to get one to walk, get two others very hungry for money and employed one of my own who fits my system. Now there is two left who don't fit what I want, one is starting to get on board the other I'm going to work like a dog till he gets the point or gets out, sure you'd still like to work for me? But as I said previously, it takes time.

But 1985, you state that people should be given the chance however they are performing, but if they don't fit in with your ideas then you will drive them out . Isn't that what the Spurs fans want at the lane? The only difference is they can't sack/drive them out so they voice their disappointment . If I worked for someone in a team, and didn't perform to earn my money, I would expect a lot of stick . It's the way of life . The same goes for a team in sport . It's up to them to earn the applause . I don't expect to win every game that I pay to watch, but as a fan you have the right to expect them to try . They want all the trimmings and the fans adulation, but not the stick, no chance .
We all love our team on this page, but we all go about it different ways and have different ideas . I won't ever boo at the lane, but if the players can't be bothered to play for the shirt, and the management f**k my club about, then I will voice my opinions on this site .

Yes Davo of your right, but the main point I was trying to make is that it takes me time to do this. The luxury I have that Mopo doesn't is that I can remove and replace at any point of the year. Sometimes staff seem perfect to start with then you start to see their true colours after a couple of months and realise they will not fit what you want.

Yeah of course Davo, your opinion it as valid as mine don't think I don't know that and also I appreciate you always come back with a response to back your argument.
