Hey Eds now that Moyes is gone are our chances of getting LVG now gone too?

Also I've seen us linked a few times with Jackson Martinez I think who could do very well, would prefer him over Pandev or Sturridge.

(b) Porto are prepared to cash in on Jackson Martinez with varying degrees of interest from Inter, Arsenal, Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Spurs, Galatasaray, Juventus and Barcelona in recent months. However, whilst Porto will seek his full release clause of 40M euro but would likely need to settle for less (€36M for want of a number). Two bids from Juventus were turned down and Milan baulked at the asking price. This has left Napoli who have spoken with Porto and the player and have "broadly" struck a deal twice - but have struggling to get the detail finalised - and perhaps Spurs who would need to match the Napoli deal. Arsenal is a possibility but the price will not be attractive. Whilst certain parties at Chelsea would like to make a move for the player, someone very influential remains unconvinced. Inter will look to a "creative" financial solution.}

Hi Ed's

Who do you think is the most likely person to become Spurs manager? Also Franco Baldini doesn't appear to be at many Spurs matches any updates on what is or has happened to him?

Thanks Ed2, for your response. Any word on what is happening with or what Baldini is up to, hasn't been spotted at many Spurs matches?

{Ed002's Note - He has been in discussions with Roma. Aside from that he has been sounding out managerial options as Spurs are of the opinion LvG is less likely to make the move.}

Ed2, Do you have any idea how stong the interest from united is on Van gaal? is he top of their list? or just papers putting 2 and 2 togeather?
