How about a cheeky bit for mitcu from Swansea.....
He reminds me of a quicker Berba

We definately need to be more solid at the back (not enough clean sheets). A top left back so JV can shore up central defence. We also need to keep & pass the ball better & this includes a striker who can keep hold of the ball and take the pressure off (just keeps coming back). Need to be more clinical and finish games off - you should never take off you fastest players at 1 nil. You will always get chances to counter attack as they push for an equaliser, and you can kill the game off by keeping the speed kings on. If we had held the ball better in last few minutes and kept it down their end rather than giving it back to them time & time again & allowing them to attack and hit balls up to their danger man, game over. Worryingly, that AVB or his coaching team don't seem to see this.

Second poster is bloody right ! Its there to see every week , wrong substitutions , and failure to hold onto the ball in the opponents half . Sorry Ade isnt what we need , flits in and out to much depending on the time of the month , and isnt a natural goalscorer .

If we want to finish in the top 4 which i belive we can, we need to tighten up at the back. we have a top flight goalkeeper, we need a sturdy left back so than JV can take hold of the center of defence. now that parkers back soon i reckon that will make a good change. be in charge of that midfeild and determine the play. altho another midfeilder would be good like moutinio who is a play maker, great passer nd a goal scorer. even tho defo is on fire this season we need a big guy up front who can hold the ball up, score goals and play off his team mates better. Ade out, Llorente in please

So if Parker is back in , who do we drop ?
Dembele , Sandro ? Cant get my head round why everyone is so keen for Parker to get back in the team , what does he offer that Sandro doesnt do better !This could be another fu*k up by AVB if he drops Sandro !

Parker is a mountain in the middle, please don't forget his influence before he got injured. How about 4-2-3-1 with Parker and Sandro in the 2 and Dembeke between Bale and Lennon. With BAE back and Walker able to get the ball up to our 3, the balance would change the team dynamics completely.

Have you wondered why Walker has been so poor, why we are looking shaky in the middle. Has Galkas really gone from world class to hellish in a year? The truth is Parker generals the danger in the middle, and with Sandro you will see a fit again BAE and Walker venture forward again. With Kaboul son back to pair Vertonghen, I can't wait to see how good we look.

Dembele will terrify defences and demonstrate just how dangerous he is offensively. He is wasted so deep when we have enough talent already to get the ball forward.

*Transfer News*
Ed02 confirmed today to me that a bid for M'Vila of around 15m euros was made and rejected by Rennes at the beginning of the month. That's around 12m in pounds whether Spurs increase their bid in the future i don't know but Ed02 is a very reliable source when it comes to transfer news from France. {Ed008's Note - Transfer News!

Believable10 Unbelievable4

Hate to say it but this is the type of player we shouldn't be prioritising at the moment.
I hope levy is working hard to sort our strike force out.
Adebayor just seems to drift in and out all the time. {Ed008's Note - Can you please sign your posts I've seen a lot of posts from you today.

Agree7 Disagree3

M'Villa is grossly overrated and definitely not coming to Spurs.

The Oracle {Ed002's Note - Spurs put an offer on the table for M'Vila - a 15M euro bid which was rejected.}

Agree1 Disagree0

Ed I hope you are not suggesting all tabled bids are genuine. I wouldn't underestimate the tactics and games football clubs play, to offer when they expect rejection to scupper competitor bids. It's all fair on the battlefield of mysticism a d tyranny.

The offer was infact not official or legally binding. Spurs tried to negotiate a 6 month loan with a 15m Euro buy out clause. That is very different from a £15m offer as the actual terms allowed us to return the goods if the loan was deemed a failure. This is now firmly off the radar as we move closer tithe window.

The Oracle {Ed001's Note - you are such a dreamer! Get your head out of the clouds, AVB rates M'Vila highly and wants him. That is 100% definite and the only reason a bid was tabled. Go back to posting lies about the Olympic Stadium and your fantasy signings and leave the reality to those on here living in the real world.}

Agree4 Disagree1

ED I hope you can take it back if you give it out? As delusional and crazy as I supposedly am, I bet you would swap your job for mine.

Sure I have been a stuck record with Damiao, Willian and The Olympic Stadium, but you also confirmed the rumour about Damiao as you jumped on the band wagon only to quietly leave the building under the abuse I received when it failed to materialise.

This site is a rumour site, and you should support that fact. I accept my optimism ran away with me around the timings, but you know as well as I did that Damiao surprised even Levy.

You also know that many genuine rumours appear to be wrong when there is loads of truth in them. Remember our very own Gazza, who had agreed to sign for Man Utd and Sir Alex went on holiday knowing all was complete. Then received a mobile telephone call from Spurs offering him a better deal and he turned the car around on the M6 and headed to London.

The truth is sometimes football throws up real surprises. The Olympic Stadium is 0% chance and Damiao looks 3% at best if you believe the press. So let's see what the future holds and then you might start realising nothing is certain apart from Death and Taxes!

The Oracle {Ed001's Note - still talking the same nonsense as ever! Give it up, you clearly know nothing, why don't you stop trying to pretend that what you say is anything more than wishful thinking? It is getting embarrassing now.}

I said on the 2nd December at 16.45 post on rumours page that Levy had been flying out to Bilbao for Llorente talks well apparently it isnt just him. Levy is also very keen on Munian too. Not saying there definite but there definitely legs in both.

We could tie up llorente now but levy won't pay the fee or the wages. He will join juventus or maybe the scousers.
We need to cement 4th to have any decent hope of major signings in January but AVB keeps fiddling and we are dropping too many late points.

Agree5 Disagree0

Muniain would be a great signing but would take a huge fee and there is a big queue for his signature. I can't see Bilbao wanting to sell, Levy offering anything like the fee that Bilbao would want to make them consider selling him or Muniain himself choosing us ahead of other option he would have.
I would love Levy to pull it off though he is a great player and still very young and will only get better

Sunday Mirror reporting that we in for Llorente in a cut price £7m deal in January as he is out of contract in the summer. Hope this comes off!

Believable6 Unbelievable3

As a spurs fan I can't see why the likes of llorente, KJH or negrado would come to us.
We had 2 worldies in the bag then the chavs swooped and took them away.
We just gotta hope that the chavs and man city have bigger fish to go for, like falcoa and hulk.
That is our only chance of signing decent international strikers.
