A mate of mine works at gatwick and has just checked in Lukas Podolski and his agent - returning from a visit to North London. No further details give.

I hear he comes over here reguarly to stock on Marmite and Cheese Wotsits as apparently the German equivilant is not as good. Its probably to do with that

The German marmite is great. Their Wotsits are a touch foul I must say. I've heard he likes Monster Munch as well.There has been a rumour on another site that he likes Curly Wurlys. Hope so, they sell them at Spurs

I heard that about the marmite too, not sure if the wotsit thing is true though.

I cant see him leaving cologne as he is an idol there and is very happy. He is quoted as saying on sky sports and in sports bild magazine "I definitely never thought about leaving the club just because I am no longer the captain, ". He goes on to say he wants to stay at Cologne and commits his future to them. I dont see him moving anywhere this summer.

Did he mean he wears Cologne? He could still do this at Spurs, regardless of whether or not he prefers Wotsits or Marmite. Fact.

Lol yea though I think he is refering to FC K ln who are based Cologne, a german city on the banks of the Rhine. Cologne in german is spelt K ln, therefore FC K ln can also be known as FC Cologne

Im not sure I want Podolski at the lane, sure his tekkers are good but his eating habbits have me purplexed. I like wotsits as much as the next man but marmite? and twiglets in coffee? this boy is locco

According to the mirror were in talks with city for a swap deal lennon for adebayor, i hope dis aint true cause i reckon kyle walker at right back will bring the best out of lennon dis season they will be brill down the rite

I would doubt it I dont think city would be interested in Lennon they would probably want a more high profile player and they have enough midfielders/wingers already

I have a feeling Lennon wants away. Remember Real Madrid ? Links with Liverpool. No smoke without fire. He can go for me.

Why would City want Lennon when they've got Wright-Phillips..similar style, build...seems strange to me.

I also feel he wants away. He seems to be the weakest link in midfield as far as Harry seems to be concerned. He is a good player, lightening quick and quite good technically, however he lacks the pinpoint crosses and finishing ability of brilliant player in his position. I wouldnt be too bothered if we did sell him, however I would doubt city are interested and I doubt he will be sold this tranfer window.

How is lennon comparable to wright-phillips in any way? swp is an awful player with no skill, pace or ability to get around players, where lennon has all three

Thats why he is comparable to SWP. Lennons gone backwards, no end product. No goals. No hope.
