Sadly the rumour of a link to Spurs is true. Baldini seems to think he is an upgrade, but I seriously doubt that. He can tackle and attack, but so can Dembele, Holtby, Paulinho, Sandro, Capoue, Bentaleb and even Livermore.
The truth is a swap deal is their intention, with Capoue or Lennon the playweight.
I hope Levy sees sense and blocks this move, or just asks for too much as to thwart Inter. Guarin is simply not what we need, and will not be an upgrade.

Can't see him coming in without player(s) going out. Lennon is not one I would think we would let go given that he is the least like all the others mentioned above.

Though my opinion is still that it would be Weimann, just going on something said by Sherwood to a colleague a while back regarding him.
