Why oh why oh why ! Why does Redknapp insist on playing Krancjar on the right wing . Sure , hes a good player , but thats in the middle . Even Arry said that a couple of weeks ago ! We have a fast right winger on the bench , but that is all he seems to do , sit on the bench ! What is going on between Arry and Gio ?? For gods sake , give him a chance . After all , it was Arrys and Levys fault we didnt buy any cover for the right side when they decided that we needed two old age pensioners in January . We have officially become a joke !!

It's perfectly obvious that Harry just doesn't fancy Gio - that isn't going to change now after this long...

Every signing Tottenham have made in the last year has been a short-term one. Levy obviously just wants to get through this season and then see what Redknapp does.

He won't invest heavily until he knows who his long-term manager is going to be, and that is absolutely the right thing to do.

Ade, saha, defoe, 3 strikers who are not consistent as they have not been consistently picked.

Modric seems to be dreaming of utd or chelsea.

Bale wants champions league...so the fight for 3rd and 4th very important for players like him and Van der Vaart and modric.

Parker is another on the wrong side of 30. how much fight he has in him is a mystery.

the defense is the major hole to fix. the LB and RB positions are fine and Kaboul at CB is fine. Perhaps going in for vertonghen could work out that partnership.

Def a new striker is necessary, someone untested is just going to make it even more of a gamble.

The only players i would gamble on are Hazard, Gotze, Neymar all out of reach due to chelsea and city.

Remy, Damiao, are really good players and they would come regardless of league position.

Although i find it hard to see redknapp taking the england gig seeing how the spurs are falling apart under pressure. Is he really the right man?

well Im not a spud fan but i thought id put in a context of a football fan.

RAF5,

Great post and I fully agree on everything apart from Rednapp not taking the England job. I think it will happen and that is half the reason why Levy is not spending. Other reasons are if we are in champs league then we can go for champs league players.

Apart from that, I agree with every paragragh.

I'm hoping Lennon staying out wide will open the game up for Modric and VDV.

We are definatly playing way too narrow atm, leaving only benny and walker to ploy the wings. Need lennon back to add more width thus leaving modders and rafa more room for the playmaking. And not liking the fact of bale on the right all the time atm, he is not whipping in his trademark crosses. He is a proven goalscorer on the left seem to remember a modest 3 goals at the san siro not to long ago. COYS

Eds, what do you think of luuk de jong at fc twente? looks like he has a lot of talent was wondering whether he could potentially be an answer to our centre forward problem, or is it too soon? {Ed001's Note - I think he is going to be a top player, Liverpool have been tracking him a while and he is very much of interest. He will get snapped up soon, and he will go on to be a top talent in my opinion. Spurs could do a lot lot worse than him.}
