Avb has agreed to go to Barcalona in principle another disrupted summer

Believable6 Unbelievable11

Probably posted by a gooner or a chav.

Agree7 Disagree2

Also believe they have an interest in Vertonghen

Any word on the 2 Croatian kids. Was supposed to be as good as done last week but haven't heard nothing since. Now i'm hearing Chelsea are looking at Halilovic.

Agree2 Disagree3

Avb has gone from 3/1 to 20/1 not happening

Agree3 Disagree2

How would you know that?

Agree2 Disagree3

Uhm. No he hasn't.

Agree2 Disagree2

Are you having a laugh?
AVB is happy at Spurs and is going nowhere and neither is Bale. End of Story.
Time for spurs to hunt down a striker, I think its going to be someone none of as know. We weren't interested in Benteke and looks like we won't be signing any strikers till August at the earliest

Agree4 Disagree3

Er. Probably because the odds suggest it Sherlock

Agree3 Disagree0

Cause the poster has got some brains and looked at the odds. Avb was never going anywhere, but soon as his name got mentioned his price went down to 2/1. Is 20/1 now

Agree2 Disagree2

Avb is now 33/1 for barca job. Those odds suggest, NO CHANCE!
Luis Enrique 5/4 fav. Prob will happen!

Agree1 Disagree0

What odds are they then Watson? I'm pretty sure the odds didn't mention anything like "agreed in principle" either.

Soldado deal stalling due to persanol terms as he is unsure about a move to us

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Can't see levy paying 20 mill for a 28 year old, no sell on value

Agree4 Disagree4

Soldado isn't on huge money at Valencia although he does get good bonuses
Lack of CL football this coming season though will reduce that potential
It's unlikely any deal will stall over wages but Valencia will want to stall for a while to see if any bigger offers arrive. They need to sell but obviously want to ensure they do so at the best price they can get

We are in negotiations for Jackson Martinez aswell trying to get Moratta on loan from R Madrid and talks are still ongoing for Bernard.

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Martinez would be fantastic but we would need to smash our transfer record

Agree4 Disagree0

I hope we do get Bernard and not the persons down the road

Agree2 Disagree2

Alvaro Morata would be a great addition, clearly needs more experience but has a lot of qualities. We should be trying to sign him permanently but if Real won't sell yet then a period on loan getting more playing time than he will at Real might turn his head

Agree1 Disagree0

Chadli for 7million or Bernard for 21 million, simples.

Eds, I heard rumours that we've lodged bids for james mccarthy and an improved offer for soldado, any truth or just paper talk? {Ed001's Note - I have not heard of you being linked with McCarthy, nor any offer for Soldado, yet.}

Hi Ed's,

What are our chances of signing Higuain. Didn't Baldini take him to Madrid under Cappello.

Are we interested. ? {Ed001's Note - I am trying to find out, it would seem such a perfect fit, but no one has mentioned Spurs chasing him. I am just checking whether that is because they aren't, or just because I had never actually thought to ask if they were.}

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Spurs won't pay what real madrid want for higuain. they want 25 million upwards

Agree0 Disagree2

Higuian to spurs, absolutely clueless talk about being in dream world! Lol

I have heard we are willing to sell Dempsey, is this true?

Believable6 Unbelievable0

I think if the right offer comes in then they will happily sell him, his 30 years old and we could easily get a better replacement than him

Agree4 Disagree0

God I hope so!

Agree2 Disagree1

Yes. ! I believe so. I think the baggies are interested. To be honest he can go. Ed's are there other clubs interested in him. ? {Ed001's Note - Fulham had shown interest, prior to the takeover, but I am not sure if it is all at a point they can resume signings yet. The paperwork can take some time to be completed to allow this kind of financial dealing to go through. In the case of City's takeover, Robinho was bought as a good will payment by the incoming owner, or nothing would have been able to happen that window.}

Agree2 Disagree0

Dempsey has continued to score 1:3 Goals:Games Ratio throughout his career, and has been a useful addition to the squad. 30 years old, but also full of experience and still dangerous.

I would certainly let him go if someone offered £8m+, but in all honesty I could think of many better squad players.

Agree5 Disagree1

Y buy him in the 1st place for 6m
Dnt make sense. Loosing money no?
Mr g

Agree3 Disagree2

At the moment with no strikers in why would we sell dempsey? seems stupid to sell a guy who can play up front when we have no replacements yet

Agree2 Disagree1

Dempsey joined Spurs because he turned down Villa, then said he'd like to join Villa, We were short on players to fill in attacking roles so brought him in - simple!
Now we have more time for more quality additions so can sell him off & bring in a better long term player!

Agree0 Disagree1

Im sure u were saying that last season mr g as u were leaping out of your seat when he scored important goals to secure us points
b/s.

Agree1 Disagree0

Because we have two other useless ones, plus Kane and Obika, who are useless too!

Think we should try foe Kevin gameiro, what u thinks our chances are edds? {Ed001's Note - he is available, but I just can't see Levy splashing the cash it would take. However, he does sometimes pull a rabbit out of the hat, so it is certainly not one that can be ruled out while he is up for grabs. Sevilla are currently front runners, and despite them having sold a few for large sums, they are still in financial difficulties. Spurs do have more to spend than them.}

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Eds what kind of fee are psg looking for? {Ed001's Note - I don't know sorry, I try and avoid those kind of things, because of all the hidden costs etc confusing the issue of cost.}
