Some of the papers seem to be reporting that palace and QPR are interested in Holtby
I hope the rumours are false, I rate Holtby and think he could be an important part of our squad this season with his versatility and his hard graft on the pitch!
I like that people disagree that the papers were reporting this, I promise they were :)

Holtby is so over-rated and not sure why apart from his like ability and attitude. As far as football goes it seems there's no obvious position he makes his own, his passing is patchy, his tackling is usually amiss or just a miss!
Great guy, could come good but we have so many 'could come good' players that I think have shown more in less game time than Holtby.
As I said, I like him but just don't think he's indispensable.

Although not alone, Holtby again fails to put down much of a marker tonight against lowly opposition. Not a witch-hunt, just quantifying previous post with this as a typical example.
