Hearing that an unnamed club in the top 6 have bid for Christian Atsu the Porto striker. We've had interest in him before and there is the obvious AVB link. what do you reckon Ed?

Ed how serious are these David Villa reports? There just this voice telling me that this is not a Levy signing
Jakethespur {Ed001's Note - AVB wants him, Levy wants him at the right price, that is the situation. I personally wouldn't hold out much hope, Levy has had numerous chances to sign the striker Spurs desperately needs. He just always tries to get another £5 saving, when sometimes you just have to accept that is the cost, especially when you have left it to the last minute! It is frustrating, the finances are there to buy.}

Shame we didn't get him last summer when he was £2m and made use of his goals and play for this year. Oh I guess we didn't need another striker. Now what will we have to pay?

Ed001, Please tell which spainish striker then? there are a few linked with us recently.

Thanks {Ed001's Note - as discussed and now admitted by AVB, he wants Villa. Not sure he has a hope in hell of Levy shelling out enough, but you never know, Barca do need to sell in order to fund their acquisitions this summer.}
