Ed have spurs any interest in gaston Ramirez as I think he is a top player. Heard someone say it on the Liverpool site.

Why are we trying to sign him, we need someone used to playing in a 4-3-3, someone like Diego of athletico, he's available and would cost less than moutinho and I believe better than modric

Yh cos they need another midfielder. Cjavskis are doing a city, buying anyone who others want just to stick them on the bench or in the reserves or loan them out. Done this with lukaku (soz for spelling) and others. Already have Marin Hazard Mata to name but three. This sort of policy stops good talent from flourishing.

Has anyone else heard that freund was brought back to the club because of his connections in germany with the best young talents over there and that he has given avb and levy a list of 5 plsyers he says we should sign up before they are snapped up by bigger clubs?

Well he haven't really let many players go since last season and competed in that many competitions last season (given not that well in the Europa league) so maybe a few more signings but a list of 5 young German players that we are going to sign seems unlikely really. Especially considering we need to sign some more experienced first team players (to replace Modric and another striker). I suppose we will see if these mysterious young German talents show up....

Think you may find that now nico corluka and saha have gone gallas will soon follow with jenas off to soton or forest bently and sadly dos santos. Modric will certainly go and probably bassong too. I think that leaves a few gaps to be filled to strengthen the squad.

So three players have left and we have singed 4 (including ade)? I agree we will sign a few more players but 5 young players seems a lot that would mean 8 players already but hey let's wait and see what happens, I would like to see lots of top young players at the club I just think it's a bit unlikely

This is no more than a deluded fantasy, Lorente had his swansong last season to old now should've stumped up the cash when we first was interested. The hardest pill to swallow is reports Oscar fee agreed with Chelsea, I fear if we don't offer the same and bring a video of the champs final hell be bench warming all season long as the new stoke grab him.

Llorentte is 27 and at his peak . How is he to old ? He ran man utd ragged in both legs last season . A class act

Chelsea fan here in peace, but getting a bit pi;;ed of that just because we used TACTICS to win cl ,that is the way we normally play.can understand spurs fans having the right hump about not being in cl next season and i totally agree .its not right or fare and the rules should be changed.it cant be right to play all season and fight for 4th and to lose it on one game .also i think avb will do ok he was treated VERY badly at chelsea mainly by the players who should have more respect . good luck for next season

A Chelsea fan that talks sense, should be the owner! Spurs fans cOmmenting on the 'park the bus' tactics is more aimed at those fans trying to claim the cup was won playing like Barca or Spain. You have to say, after spending £hundreds of millions to win it that way is a bit ironic. Anyway, will now be interesting to see what Di Matteo does from day 1 with Roman's new signings.

Ed- alot of rumours flying around about Falcao and Damiao- any thoughts? {Ed008's Note - Falcao very unlikely fee would be around 40-50m can't see AVB making that happen, Damiao their's interest but i believe the player doesn't want to leave the club yet unless forced too.

Ed - what's happening with fryers from man utd? I thought we were really keen on him. It's all went quiet. And do u think we might show an interest in taking berbatov back to the lane? {Ed008's Note - Under the age of 24 a compensation package has got to be agreed aroun 2-4m i would say and i'd say no to Berba.

Website have given a probable team to play Stevenage on Wednesday, and have put Fryers in at centre back?
He's also listed as a Spurs player on Wikipedia.

He is a spurs player, everythings sorted but Man Utd and Spurs have let a transfer tribunal decide the price we need to pay for his training etc.
