Heard a rumour that spurs are interested in Doumbia from CSKA Moscow, apparently in the last year of his contract and no interest in signing a new one. I have absolutely nothing to back this up but thought I would share it anyway.
I know we had been linked with Emenike and thought maybe a mix up but was told it was definitely Doumbia

With your insider knowledge and in your opinion are there likely to be any more incoming players before 31st Aug 2014? If so who are the players we have serious interest in.
Also, is there any news on Dawson leaving?

{Ed002's Note - I have explained which players I know Spurs to still be interested in and I am sure there will be changes in the coming weeks. I am not aware of any news regarding Dawson. Yedlin is done and Schneiderlin is possible. I would not worry too much, there are a lot of clubs looking to do business still.}

Hey eds, any update on Spurs transfer dealings?
{Ed002's Note - Roma are willing to sell Destro with interest from Spurs - interest from Juve was fleeting and Milan has seemingly dropped their interest. But this has dragged on and it is thought the player may not want a move to Spurs - and that might foul up a deal for Jovetic for Roma. Sabatini was at the game yesterday. Do not be surprised to see Destro offered to another London club - but I don't want to get in to detail.}
