The story of 10m plus Soldado doesn't make sense to me. I can't see how Soldado's value dropped that much in 1 season.

{Ed008's Note - Thus valuing Guarin at over 30m? Can't see Levy selling him for less then 15m he'd want to get as much money as he can plus Guarin had a very inconsistent season with Inter wasn't impressed with him tried to get a move to Juventus which p*ssed a few people off at Inter..

I can't see why we would move soldado out plus 10mil to get in another midfielder. We have about 10 midfielders and only 3 strikers. Surely if Soldado goes it will be for another striker or for money for another striker? If we don't sign another striker I will be amazed and pretty disappointed

Can you shed any light on any potential signings as things seem to have gone v quiet:
Yedin - I am assuming this is a done deal and we are waiting to announce - will be needed with walker out the first 5 games (if sources are to believed)
Martial - Is this realistic as a prospect - with the strikers they are shipping out I can't see them selling without a replacement
The villareal defender - any update. the longer it goes on the more I think he won't join
Sneiderlin - Again this will go to the end of the window - I doubt any change here
Read somewhere that there is a potential swap deal of Townsend and Kane for Remy - whilst remy would be a good signing I feel kane will get goals this season - no he isn't the finished product or a world beater but can see him becoming the next Lambert. As for Townsend one of the most frustrating players but one i'd prefer in our squad than others - he has pace and an eye for goal - he just needs to think more about what he is doing

{Ed002's Note - I gave an update a few days back. I am not aware of significant changes although I was in Vigo for a couple of days and there is interest in Nolito - and one of the interested sides may be Spurs. We will see if anything happens - they really need money but he is apparently happy.}
