I don't know of anyone has yet done a report of ins and outs so far this summer
But Ive made this rough one up to show
How much we have actually spent
Let's start with outs
Corluka (Charlie) fee reported 6.1. Let's say 6 m
Kranjcar fee reported same as Charlie's lets again say 6m
Steven Pienaar reported 5.06m let's say 5 m
So far outs that's 17 m
That's three earners of say average of 40k * am I being too generous ? Or not generous enough ? That's 120k a week gone and lots of youngsters on frees being released and khumalo going on loan * Which should perhaps come with a loan fee ? Let's say with younguns 130k including khumalo
And Saha and nelsen reported 15k-20k a week ea lets say 15k ea that's 160k in wages and the king *sadly :'(* retiring * hero and legend* that's say he was on 40k also 200k a week in wages saved
Now incomings ....
Jan V - 10.5 m ?
Siggy - 8.5 ?
That's 19 m outs
Plus let's say they are both on what siggy is on as I haven't heard what JV could be on which is a reported 60k a week
That's 120k a week and bales new contract
Which could bring it up to about 150-160 k
Really we have spent
2m ish give or take say a maxximum of 1-2 depending on reports and unconfirmed fees
And saved perhaps 40k a week wages
Which if say we where to balance that to transfer fees is about 2m a year
Which lets say * and I again could be way off the mark be used to cover agents fees etc for siggy and JV ..* this means
At most the club would have paid out what ? 2-5 m
Be it mis calculations on my part because I can't figure how to scroll up on my phone xD ... Or wrong reported fees...
Whilst this seems I'm having a dig at Levy
Who I admire and love ... I am only slightly
But we have 2 players in we needed and wanted trimmed the squad a bit with more hopefully to go in the forms of jenas

That is good buisness ....
Now for the having a dig part
We have spent nothing in comparison to even last 2 season and they where low for a club needed strengthening ....
We are idling on a striker .... Unless this is all being sorted and or the person in question is already in the country die to the Olympics ...
Where is the reported 60-70 m warchest
Say take away modric 35
So 25-35 m to spend still .... As I'm sure the Money from sales and savings woudnt have been not added to whatever we had potentially anyway ....
Now my hope is we have this money intended for one or two targets and of modders goes reinvest and then put whatever left over into the clubs other areas
Or whatever DL want to do with it ....
But we need those strikers and the
Money is available so get cracking AvB and DL

The warchest would, I suspect, have been put together anticipating fees recieved.Where else could it have come from? Spurs accouts have not shown significant balances.
We were told the warchest would include the cost of the contracts for new signings.
I guess there is a bit of money available but everything hinges on Moderic going.
DL has been a mater in getting top dollar for players going but even hinting that money was there was always going to lead to players/agents/ team playing hardball.
You can probably add GDS, Gallas and Naughton (unfortunately) to your list if todays press are accurate.
I would like to know what happened to the £40m Champions League prize money* we received and haven't ever invested?

Flippit I think i heard a large portion went towards the stadium .... I may be wrong but that's what i remember reading ...
And I think the unknown poster ... It's was the modric money which was added to the warchest .... Do you really expect levy to leave us with no striker ? He won't .... Even if we get Heskey we WILL sign a new striker before the transfer window shuts .....
