Anyonw know the situation on kaboul?
was supposed to return on 21st december! there must be some serious complications with his rehab

I would take a 1 legged kaboul over gallas! If gallas plays again this season unless at the expense of every player in the squad being injured then question marks need to be asked of AVB!

Totally agree, would rather play HUD at centre half!

he makes Mertasaker look like Linford Christie Lol
A top four side with the Hudd at centre half - do me a favour
Why play Gallas when we have Caulker on the bench - pace over experience Pace all day long

My comment was HUD over Gallas every time, but would rather not plat either!

Dempsey, Sig, Ade, Holtby, Dembele it's time to step up and show what you've got, if not that's it, time to pack our bags and go on holiday!
Anyone else got a horrible feeling about what's to come?

Gooner here in peace lads,
Hope Bales injury isn't as bad as first thought ans wish him a speedy recovery. Never like to see anyone pick up a bad injury especially one as talented as bale

Bale back in 2 weeks, think we can beat everton at home or just being optimistic!

Bale and Lennon back in 2 weeks.
On official web site.
You just mind your team gooner!
Keep looking up son!!
They will both be back before wilshire and Walcott.
Damn shame the chavs beat Manchester United in the cup and cancelled our game next week. Nice week off for our injured players to recover.
By the way, no dodgy keeper in goal for west brom tomoro to hand you the 3 points.
Good luck with that!

I don't believe in stats. It's about the game you are playing in.
What was it, we didn't win in about 25 games where bale first played?
Now look. We can't do without him.

Just a thaught could we play naugton at rb and walker rw? walker did set up goals with quality set ups for england the other week and naugton at rb looked decent the other night. its the only chance to get a bit of speed into the team in attacking areas and possibly pin baines back at same time. anybody agree {Ed008's Note - I agree with that without Lennon and Bale team lack width! Walker Holtby Dempsey behind Adebayor for me...
Agree2

Not sure Naughton looked decent the other night. Did you not see him switch off for the second goal?
Its the same problem with both of our right backs, they struggle to defend, Walker can get forward but personally think he is better coming from deep however witht he lack of options available to us may be worth pushing Walker on.
For me Holtby has to play in behind ade, give him a free role to pull the strings and create. The lad has been unlucky as Bale has been on fire in that central role but with him out of action its time to give Holtby a run.
Simply don't rate Dempsy, I thought AVB made needless subsitutions on Thursday, drags off Bennie and leaves Gallas on? drags off Holtby and throws on Dempsy? Hindsight and all that but we were on top before the changes and then totally lost the plot last 20mins!
Bale should never have been playing in at left back with 10 men on the park, infact he should have been off the pitch at that point and in the shower with his mind on Sunday!
I hope AVB's belief that we can compete on both fronts is correct and we can grind out a result on Sunday however even the most optomistic fan has to be questioning this right now.
B's a yod

I like most spurs fans fear for the season with bale's injury & the lack of strength in the squad, I think it will become apparent that tight wads lack of support & spending will cost is dearly allowing for us to once again b the laughing stock for the goons!
The defence is frail & always likely to concede 1 or 2 & present with bale out I can not see us creating or scoring many. Our season chances have largely been restricted to long range shots & the only other player really with it consistently to hit the target from range with the exception of bale is siggy.
As a team we do not create the chances we did last year!
Well the coming weeks will likely decide our destiny with another europa league campaign looking likely.
Time for a lot of the team to step up & show they are good enough!

Personally think this is an ideal chance for AVB to mix it up.
Without bale we cannot operate the 4-3-3 avb likes to play
Now is the chance to go 4-4-2. Play adebeyor up front with coulthrist or dempsey more likely.
With Siggs, Holtby Dembele and parker in the midfield or even put vertongen on the left wing.
We have to go for it as our defence will always leak goals!

according to reports bale will be out for 6 weeks. I hope this is not true and he only misses sundays game. If arsenal can get points without wilshere then we can get points without bale

Not quiet the same, were not a one man team.

Funny how you struggle without RVP then. Not a one man team eh.
I tell what is not quite the same, you will sell your best players to the first team who shows a few quid. We won't.
We sold Berba and modric because they refused to play.
You sold
RVP
Adebayor
Nasri
Cliche
Fabregas
Toure
To name but a few just to pay for your stadium.
Wilshire corzola Walcott will all be off soon. Probably to your feeder clubs in Manchester.
Funny how it took a great player lik RVP 7 years to win somethin in the prem,
the year he left your sinking ship.
As we sung at the lane 'I hope wenger stays'. Great manager. LMFAO.
Now, if you have to rely on our injuries to finish above us in the league, what does that tell you. Like last season, with you and th chavs, it ain't skill, it's pure luck.

If that's the case, then why do you spend so much time on a spurs site?
You ain't a proper fan. Just a wind up merchant. A trawler.
So when you are old enough mummy will let you go to the library in holloway!

That's it. Bang goes any chance of fourth place. As I stated earlier on in the season, AVB (not helped by Levy) is no improvement on Redknapp. He's got to go.
