Louis Van Gaal verbally accepted the Spurs offer and seemingly used this to broker a strong deal with Man United. At 62 he was never a good medium term option, and I believe we are much better without managers who clearly are only committed to themselves.

Frank de Boer offers much stronger medium term options but his back room team of Denis Bergkamp and Marc Overmars surely won't join him. How funny would it be if he managed to bring them all and then secure Champions League at Arsenals expense?

If De Boer can bring Danny Blind, Boban Krkic and Viktor Fisher then we will be much stronger. The Dutch contacts will be useful to bring new life into the squad.

Baldini would regain some credibility if he can orchestrate Paulinho for Lukaku + £10m and ditch Soldado and Adebayor and get in someone like Ballotelli

With Levy convinced our Real Madrid partnership is two way, it is about time Coentrao replaced Danny Rose at LB

Looking positive for next season, and fairly optimistic things will come good.

You posted recently that van gaal was done and our future was bright for 25 years. Aah, I see what you are getting at. Did newham council verbally agree with us to take over the Olympic stadium, just to get west ham in as tenants. Maybe, inter verbally agreed with us to take Damaio just so another club would take him.
