Rangers were interested in Khumalo but didn't have the money to move for him at the time, he's a young lad and don't think he'll be thrown into the EPL deep end, a loan to Rangers would let him show what he's got in Europe and hopefully win yet another title, C'mon Spurs don't keep loaning Celtic players, would be much more suited with a Rangers link ;)

Well sorry u don't agree fella, but i heard what i heard and that don't make me a fookin gooner an tbh would you want to come to a club whos manager is off in a year, theres unrest in the dressin room and the 2 players that can help u settle 1 harry wants rid of (gomes) and the other is trying to find a bigger club (sandro) and after being a yod for the past ooh 25yrs im used to us never attaining what we should so im being realistic we havent been seen as a big club for years. thing its time for us to have a reality check 1 we don't have champs league every season and 2 we will not pay the wages big players want so sorry to be a wet banket but the superstar player we all crave will not come to this club, so no hulk, aguero, rossi, neymar, villa, sanchez will be signed this window or the next although we might get 'lucky' and sign an over the hill player after 1 last pay day forlan or parker anyone?
I don't have a big problem with what you have said but i do have a problem with the usual old horsesh*t of " this is what ive heard" or " I have it on good authority" etc, etc.
You have made a statement and you need to back it up so, IF you are a true supporter then how about you tell all of US true supporters exactly where you "heard what you heard"?
If you can't or won't or can but can't support it with fact then you will go down as every other limp d*ck fly by night whos only mission is to big it up in cyber land by making yourself look more important and relevent than you really are. Not agreeing 4 with either of you, but i do feel that there is something wrong with the club, if harry is going to leave levy should have a contingancy plan in place. Also why would a chairman give cash to a manager who may only stay till the england job comes up? a new manager may not want the team we are (maybe) going to invest in, and levy is not stupid just a point on the first post, i can quite believe there has been some problems between harry and the players some thing can't be right if 4 of our best players are (as stated in the press) wanting to leave Deffo more or less put himself on the market before the end of the season and we hardly played like a great team towards the end of the season.Maybe there is something going on and the talk of a takeover may be true. Also all of this talk about revealing a source if have followed this site for about a year and have never once seen anyone name a source so i think its wrong to use that in an argument just because you don't agree with someone elses views. peace and love coys x

Every single transfer window, regardless of who is in charge, we have the same scenario of leaving things to the last minute. What's the constant since 2001? It's not the Managers. It's not the DoF's. Because they've come and gone, and yet the transfer strategy is the same. And yet it's always the Manager that gets the blame? How come?
Cos all the players signed by harry are either not needed (pienaar) or s**t
Harry has about 20% say in transfers at Tottenham by saying what he needs. Levy sends out his many scouts and then buys they players. Harry also scouts players because some scouts at are club are awful at scouting.

Harry is surprisingly wiling to listen to offers for gareth bale. The reason being be we need to sell to buy and after his displays in europe this year, we should get about 20m for him. Plus, spurs want to be in the top 4 again and every premier league team has bale sussed so harrys theory is clear him out and strenghen other areas. To be honest bale done naff all last season in the league and is massively over rated so I, d be happy with this.

I think you might be slightly 'slow'. Firstly we need to clear the deadwood in our squad as we have too many players and too much on the wage bill. That is totally different to having to sell your best players. We have the cash for transfers, just not the space in the squad.
