By the way seeing Bale and Modric with there hands on that trophy really hit home just why they left to further there careers. They might of left in bad circumstances (in our biased opinion) but fare play to them.
I think we need Benitez. Every appointment is a gamble but, as each day goes on, I'm more and more convinced we need to make that risk as minimal as possible. The list of potential issues with MoPo and De Boer feels too long. It's going to come down to who will come rather than who we want and the choices will be limited anyway due to wages, not even sure Benitez is at all possible(?). Talk of MoPo signing a new contract at Southampton and I'm think FdB looking more likely again.
I would like FDB, not really a Benitez lover but we need someone good And there is no denying Benitez is good . Who ever takes over has the basis of a good squad but will need to get settled quickly . Doesn't Lewis worry what's going on as it must affect the worth of the club, and that's the only thing he worries about .
Agree with you Davo, I'm def no Benitez lover and used to cane him with other Spurs fan friends but, we're all now admitting he ticks a lot of boxes and wins trophies so, would accept it as a prudent appointment.

Welsh gooner. I see you have invaded our page just because your beloved messiah, arsene whinger, finally won you a trophy. Well done on that by the way. Wigan and hull made a mockery of the gap between your teams, ie money spent, internationals etc, and made you scrape through by the skin of your teeth. Back to your gloating.
