Ok I'm over the Harry saga. Just an idea as levy wants a dof how about the dream team terry v (dof) and hoddle as coach with Tim sherwood as no2 he knows the players and knows what Harry did good and bad. What do u all think
Mr g

Believable0 Unbelievable3

Perhaps in the year 1995.

Agree2 Disagree0

No thankyou. What you have to consider with appointments like that is some spurs legends should stay just that. When they try to return in another role there's every chance that if they fail they ruin their reputation they earned previously because all they'll then be remembered for is the failure from their last job

Just a thought about the manager situation what about Roy keane/stewart Pearce or terry venables what u think?

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Hope theyve escorted you safely back into your secure institution

Agree4 Disagree2

You must be the agent that represents all 3

Agree3 Disagree1

Venables even looks dated doing shaving ads let alone going back into football

Modric could be next out the door I hope it not true :(

Re the Huntelaar debate, he always looks slow, clumsy, lethargic to me. He has no aggression either and just looks soft to me.
We have had many chances to sign him before and havent so why would we pay 17m which is about the priciest he has been, i think, for a 27year old?

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Think you will find he is nearly 29. Still worth the risk tho

Agree1 Disagree0

Chelsea want him so forget that

Agree1 Disagree0

Who ever Chelsea want they get , why cant it be like that for us . Now they are Champions of Europe it will attract more players

You know Giroud's release clause is only 9.7 million. Why don't we match that and try to bring him here with Blanc before arsenal get him?

Steed

Believable1 Unbelievable3

It will not be blanc. I'm sure of that. My personal point of view is that it is already done with AVB

Hi fellow yids,
lets be honest here, harry had to go, spent half his time at spurs hanging out of car windows talking s**te about players we cant afford or might not be able to do anything on etc etc lets get a proper manager in that works full time with the team and spends less time on tv.a lot has been said about moyes, blanc and avb id like to see blanc in place failing that have heard a lot of good things about tim sherwood at the club and wonder if he could step up to the plate? what do you guys think?

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Don't think Tim is quite ready yet. I think spurs are grooming him to eventually take the position but not sure if Levy would have enough faith to be able to throw him into the deep end just yet.

Personally I think if the next Manager doesn't do too well and s**t goes sour and Levy forces them out the door he may instate Tim as a caretaker/manager type role but dont think he would give him a full season straight away. To much of a risk if he fails through not being prepared enough or not enough training/experience.

Hope it makes sense kinda got one eye on this and one on the England game lol

Agree1 Disagree1

Having said that i think avb is younger than tim and it looks like he will get the job

Cant believe Spurs would Overlook Moyes Because he wants'control'. LFC had to back down and comprimise with Rodgers. And what makes AVB,Blanc etc a better bet than a tried and tested guy, touted to replace Ferguson? -Madness

Arsenal fans getting excited by signing the French Grant Holt in Giroud. Lmao.

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Or not..

Agree0 Disagree1

Scored the most goals in ligue 1 and helped montpellier to the title .
He has worked his way up through the leagues and tiers and will continue to excel.

Agree2 Disagree1

Are you kidding me on? The guy is a top quality striker I wish we had got him, he'd have been great for us. My only hope is that they are signing him because they are selling RVP. While he is good, he's no RVP.

Steed

Agree1 Disagree1

Only when you sell him to man city to partner RVP

Good manager yeah, at least your gonna be able to keep your one man team of Modric, he will go and that will just leave Super Bale the guy that played 3 games ad is suddenly the best winger in the world

Mr. Miaggi's Pimp

Believable3 Unbelievable4

One man team?? think you should be looking at your own team RVP? Thats what a one man team is lol

Agree5 Disagree0

Pmsl at spurs being a one man team. Just goes to show the stupidity of some of the Gooners

Agree3 Disagree0

WHen this 'one man' team beats your 11 men team 5-2, it really shows how s**te your 11 men team is, doesnt it?

Agree1 Disagree1

The same one man team that also beat you at the lane.
Shall I repeat your final comment about how sh.t your team must team.

Agree1 Disagree0

You beat us at the lane? Did you really???

Agree0 Disagree0

Not if there talking bout the mighty blues lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Christ, it's competition time. Gotta guess what club these so called fans support now. Bigging p local rivels. Get a life man..
'the might blues' LMFAO, funniest thing I've read in a long time.
If you are so mighty, why am I suddenly seeing your shirts out and about now.
Good times fans, always have been, always will be.

Hi Eds, was just wondering if you think that Redknapps sacking and therefore needing to hire a new manager will have a bad effect on our signings as we have to wait for the manager. Or do you think Levy will still scout and sign people even before a new manager is bought in? {Ed001's Note - there are still deals in the pipeline, but of course it does cause uncertainty, players will not sign until they know who is going to take charge. They want to speak to the manager and know they are in his plans for the season.}

Lloris
walker kaboul verthonghen bae
parker sandro
lennon gio bale
huntelaar

Huntelaar Lloris and a new right winger priotity! maybe moses?

Believable0 Unbelievable1

So no modric or vdv and no replacement?

Spurs Lad

Agree1 Disagree0

You need to replace modric even if you spend all the money that he was sold for!
for me he is not replaceable and in an ideal world he would stay for one more season.

Agree0 Disagree0

Chelsea av bid for moses

Agree0 Disagree0

I was agreeing with that right untill i saw gio no one will give him a chance i doubt

Apparently Newcastle have bid for Twente's Luuk De Jong. Surely we can too he is gonna be a star. Stop wasting time Levy and start bringing in a manager and some quality players.

I say get bilic. he is no more advanced than blanc and will help us keep modders! and maybe mandukic!

Believable0 Unbelievable3

Still tnk we should hold talks with frank rykard

Agree1 Disagree0

Should we put it in brail for u bilic has already signed for a club

Agree0 Disagree0

Bilic has already signed on for Loko Moscow, and Frank Ryk has been out of manager for a while maybe a bit rusty, would still lov to see Blanc at the lane

I'm noticing all these gobby gooners have started spurting their tripe on here.
Coincides with the Blanc rumours.
I think they are getting worried and shooting their gobs off early.
I'm feeling things are looking up fellow yidsters.
Even the quiet half of north London are running scared.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Levy has a plan! he would not just get red of harry with out knowing what he was going to do next to take the club forward.

Agree0 Disagree1

19 Jun 2012 01:28:21
You've gotta feel sorry for Modric though. Not because he's out of the Euros, but because he's got to go back to Tottenham. Nobody deserves that.

FlyingGunman

Believable4 Unbelievable4

Could say the same about RVP and like modric, he won't be in north London long either. Luka will be off to Spain.
RVP will be off to your feeder club man city

5 months ago all you dreamers were talking about winning the pl,being in the cl,how harry was the best thing since slice bread and a big sw**ky new stadium!
where did it all go wrong?
power shift! lololololo
thursday night football! lololol
mind the gap!lololo
malaga gooner

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Sorry but haven't you gooners been talking of winning anything for how long but all you seem to do is fall short year in year out! Progression is coming from spurs and regression from arsenal! Bye bye van Persie!

Agree5 Disagree1

Gooners don't worry by the time the knock out stages of CL start for everyone else you'll be playing Thursday night football too.

Don't get too worried though because you won't win that either, or the FA cup, or the Carling Cup..........

In fact the only trophy in Arsenals cabinet will be your made up "Emirates" cup. Lmao.

Get used to it Gooners the only goal Arsenal have and have had for the last 7 years is to finish above our "mid table team punching above their weight". But hey, if that keeps the fans happy and the board happy it just goes to show that your club has absolutely no ambition and are just another team of has beens living on their past accomplishments and successes.

Mk1

Agree2 Disagree2

If i were a gooner i would live in malaga, saves the excuse of all the empty seats when things arnt going right

Agree1 Disagree0

Mk1 .... They may not even win that this year xD now that would be embarrassing

Agree0 Disagree0

That would be hilarious. Not being able to win your own made up trophy.
