Poch says we are not looking to buy, where have we heard this before?

{Ed008's Note - IMO I don't even think Spurs need to make any signings it's all about getting those players at the club playing in the system he wants, Lamela will be like a NEW signing! Maybe a LB is needed that is all.

Wouldn't you say Spurs needed to purchase a striker Ed's? Injuries to Ade & Roberto would only leave the goal machine Kane.?

African Cup of Nations as well for Ade isn't it? Rose is a younger Ekotto but not even technically as good a footballer. Dawson. I think him giving away a penalty even tonight sums him up these days (haven't seen it, just wasn't surprised) and Kaboul has hardly played for 2years. We also don't have many left footed players and inverted, reverted or converted, this leads to a lack of balance however you play.
MoPo showing his yes-man qualities already. He should be impressed with his squad, it's by far the highest ranking, most expensive he's ever had, doesn't mean it's better than it was 3 yrs ago though or, that it has a shot at being anywhere near top 4 (or even 5th now with Liverpool's resurgence last year).

I fear for us, we will not have enough depth in key positions, AGAIN.

Some of the youngsters looked more promising that the big signings from last summer today against the Sounders, for whatever that is worth at this point in time.

levy a number of clubs are reluctant to do bizniz with him full stop.
levy picks and buys the players and the manager has to make them fit his system far to much of the bale money went on midfield players. where at best needed to be tweeked only.
as davo wulf and a no of others have pointed out decent c/b l/b and quality striker was needed.
saldado struggled as the lone striker although performed better with ade.
point trying to make levy needs to run the club poch needs to manage the team but that won't happen.

The manager and the chairman. Manager picks the players and then chairman sorts out the financials! Or a DoF that listens to the manager and gets who the manager wants and doesn't force his stamp on proceedings!

To me Baldini has too much influence on who we buy. If that's the case then why is he not manager? It's annoying that the manager gets sacked for what the DoF does! Ludicrous

I may be wrong but that's the way it looks and the past managers have illuded to that theory!

I here we are about to sell sandro y sell the only player that give us 100% ever time he puts on the shirt I think he is great I know poch wants to put his own stamp on the team but sandro is a player most of the fans love beast and he is one as well player don't like playing against him cause he is strong and powerful I for one hope he stays we have a lot worse then sandro he would be one of the 1st names on my team sheet

Totally agree, he was frozen out because Sherwood was a person and trying to prove his point! Personally though no sandro is an absolute legend. The 2 games against inter his performances were as good as I've seen from a dm at spurs!
