You can't play Sandro and Parker together it doesn't work. Arry kept trying it and clear as day it just doesn't work.

Heres the formation I would love to see:

----Caulker-----Kaboul----Vertonghen---
Walker--------------------------------Bale
-----------Parker------Sigurdsson--------
------RW?---------------------VDV-------

Caulker and Vertonghen are both quick and comfortable bringing the ball out from Defence. Bale is one of Spurs best players, but he is a winger, this formation would play to his strengths and keep him out wide. Swap Parker or Sigurdsson with Sandro if needs be. VDV and RW (possibly Damiao/Dzagoev/Hulk/Dembele/Whoever?!) could act as deep-lying CF joining up with midfielders and Adebayor, and could roam as they please. Midfielders to support defenders when wing backs have pushed on. Most teams play with 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, so on counterattacks the three defenders and DM (Parker/Sandro) could cope when wing/full backs have pushed on. Could work....

Well done to the boys and Avb for his 1st win at the club with a 2-0 win tonight agains Stevenage fc. Mr sigs with the 1st and falque the 2nd. I know it's a friendly and only Steve but it's wasn't out 1st 11 and that y I'm happy the squad can go out and do the business with out the house hold names. So well done to Avb and his army. Also u lot that think I'm grumpy and always waiting to shoot the team down ur wrong I'm a happy tot tonight. Do on Avb show chelski what they will miss

Congrats to Avb and the boys with a 2-0 win over Stevenage tonight. Our man sig got the first. Sorry not sure who got the 2nd. Well done the boys, not our 1st 11 out there and I know it's a pre season friendly but nice to see our squad pulling together for Avb's 1st game. Avb has been very impressed with young Coulibaly. He is raw but he is unstoppable at times and Avb and Freund are said to be blown away by his talent.

Expect to see him at some point in the first team this season. For a titla push we need 4 strikers. I can see him being the 4th striker.

I think Andy Carroll would be a good addision to our squad. With our wingers, Bale and Lennon he would thrieve on their service. Something he didnt get at Liverpool. A season long loan deal would be a good option for him and the club.

Right, i might have banged my head last night but i'm just wondering whether Andy Carroll could find his form again (as he'd started to towards end of last season and in Euros) with us. The whole problem with him was the price-tag, he is not a £35million player but he could be a half-decent £15million player. He can play on the deck a bit and be a handful in the air. Not quick but no slouch.
It's not total desperation but heading that way as can't see who we're realistically going to get and even the Ade deal isn't done yet and Defoe is twitchy and no good as a main front man.
We're not spain so 4-6-0 isn't much good to us!

Clubs have to sound out their targets to see if the parent club is willing to sell. Then there are intense negotiations which drag on until both parties are happy. After that, the buying club has to talk with the player if they're happy to join that club. Then they need to work out a contract, salary, bonus' and reassurances. Sign the contract, apply for a work permit if a foreign player and send all the paperwork off the FA and await confirmation. Hope that helps.

Obviously we are waiting for the funds from Modric to splash the cash ? Did anyone hear Talksport this morning, made me want to vomit listening to Brazil and the Chicken ooing and cooing over Chelski and him a former Spurs man.
I have a real gut feeling that AVB is gonna make Abramovich eat S***t this season.
But like you guys was hoping for a few more new faces..
