So how confident are you guys in keeping bale this offseason? Will he stay or will he go?
Do you think he will go if Madrid come knocking?
Im just excited by the prospect of Monaco coming back to the Ligue 1. they should buy some players to compete with PSG and in turn means, some french players or African players from EPL heading that way.
Your take on this?

Lakerville, Bale is on a long term contract, loves AVB, and if we get CL, has no reason to want to go YET! Plus if Levy doesn't want to sell him, there is no way he will get to go as proved with Modric ( sold on our terms )

However looking from the FFP outlook, will teams like Madrid have the resources to spend 60 million on a single player without risking FFP sanctions?
I have seen teams say for example cavani is worth 60 mill and I think it was the same figure when united queried about bale ( not sure if that report is true) So will levey be happy in keeping bale only to be unable to get the transfer fee he seeks?
Besides in todays world it seems like the agents motivate the player moves more than the players themselves. {Ed002's Note - Don't confuse matters by bringing up FFP - the point is that Real Madrid are looking to sell or trade to buy.}

You never know Kevin, we might have a really lucky season and beat all the teams with complete fluke, which in turn will mean that we still qualify for CL the following year despite coming 6th. You never know it could happen!

To your poster Oracle you said Everton are out of the race for top 4. Everton will finish ahead Spurs reason being City will beat you then you go away to Wigan who are fighting for there lives then Chelsea and I think you still have Stoke away correct me if I am wrong. They are 4 hard games mate and honestly I can't see you winning any of them I think if anything even though you have a game in hand you will finish 6th and no higher. Forever blue

I actually agree with this evertonian to an extent (not that we will finish 6th) we do have a hard run left still and it'll make or break our season.
Getting fed up hearing that we "choke" though. Yes we had 3rd wrapped up last year but still came 4th! I think it was more of a case that we went half a season with only 2 loses. every team has a bad patch, ours was more noticeable that's all.
Anyway Evertonian, please keep the banter respectful not childish we have no reason to be rivals and I for 1 respect your team a lot. The heart and desire your players show has got to be the best in the league. I hope Moyes stays with you and you continue to impress as a team.

Everton won't finish above spurs they still have to play sunderland, fulham, liverpool, west ham, and chelsea, everton won't be in europe nxt season. there a good team and moyes has done well and there slighty better then liverpool, but there not good enough for top four and will struggle to keep there best players.

Well Man City beat Spurs didn't they, and Everton couldn't even handle Di Canio.
