Yes on media apparently yedlin to Newcastle is doing the rounds as well pal.

18 Aug 2016 08:18:41
I have heard that we are in talks with Espanyol over the loan signing of their keeper Lopez.

1.) 19 Aug 2016 07:36:46
Apparently, this is a done deal?

2.) 20 Aug 2016 23:46:05
100%

Hugo Lloris Seen in Barcelona this evening.

Could he be on his way to Barcelona?

3.) 21 Aug 2016 00:25:35
Can't blame him if they came a calling with money after selling Claudio Bravo to City.

Closer to home in Nice also.

4.) 22 Aug 2016 08:04:32
They're in for the Ajax keeper though, Lloris won't be going this year.!

5.) 22 Aug 2016 18:03:56
With emphasis on "this year", sad but probably true.

It looks like Bolasie is going to Everton I think we should have gone in for him.

1.) 09 Aug 2016 22:29:55
Not at the price Everton just paid for him. That's madness.

Hi Eds, I heard a rumour that we are interested in Drinkwater, is there any truth in it?

taffyspurs

{Ed001's Note - yes, but he was not interested in leaving Leicester I believe.}

1.) 01 Aug 2016 22:01:48
I read he rejected 80k per week - so I'm not sure how attractive our wage structure would be to him.

12 Jul 2016 17:29:53
Are we interested in Bolasie? I think he would be a great addition to the team.

taffyspurs

{Ed002's Note - I think interest is long gone Taffy.}

1.) 12 Jul 2016 18:01:48
That's a shame he would be great signing. Any wingers on their way to the lane?

{Ed002's Note - There is interest in Boufal still but nothing will happen whilst he is injured.}

With Hugo being out for at least 4 weeks it might b worth trying to get Joe Hart on the cheap or on loan. No disrespect to Vorm but he doesn't fill me full of confidence when he is in goal.

1.) 17 Aug 2016 16:53:11
Can see that Joe Hart would like to be a No#2 when Hugo is fit can you mate.

2.) 17 Aug 2016 17:30:41
"Joe Hart on the cheap" you must be having a laugh, no way would he would come to be Hugo's no 2 and Vorm is definitely one of the best second string keepers in the league!

3.) 19 Aug 2016 13:07:59
Tim Krull can leave Newcastle so I've read. He's always played well against us. Not a bad keeper IMO.

Has anyone got any news it seems to have gone really quiet.

taffyspurs

1.) 16 Aug 2016 19:25:05
Reports say we are going for the two silvas from Portugal, also the nkadou deal is back on as he is still in London waiting to sign plus Danny Drinkwater wants to join spurs from Leicester. Possible outs are chadli, yedlin, and erriksen. Don't worry taffy the ravers the man in the know as he's in more hotels than Paris Hilton.

14 Aug 2016 19:19:53
With Bolasie going to Everton ( a player I would have liked to see at the lane) . I can't see why we wouldn't go in for Mirrallas I really rate him.

I would be the first 1 to admit that we need to strengthen in certain areas but we need to remember that we finished the season 3rd with the team we had. We needed another striker so we got 1 and we needed another CM midfielder we got 1, the defence is solid and we have back up in that area so there's no need to panic buy. Money ain't going to be in huge amount available to Poch due to the stadium being built so I'm not worrying to much.

1.) 10 Aug 2016 19:02:39
We finished 3rd in a season where a lot of the other big clubs had down seasons. Those clubs have each brought in several upgrades. I'm not saying we are doomed or need a panic buy, but we do need to continue to improve the team. Wanyama and Janssen are nice additions but it isn't enough.

2.) 10 Aug 2016 23:36:55
Agreed Tyleri, we need a winger with pace and someone to unlock defences. Still time though.

09 Aug 2016 18:10:14
We have suddenly gone quiet in the transfer window when it all started really brightly. I understand that we are building our new stadium and money might be tight because of that but we still need to strengthen in 1 area which we haven't since Bale left and that's a natural winger and I don't understand why we haven't gone in for someone like Bolasie?

taffyspurs

1.) 09 Aug 2016 22:44:33
Lol Bolaise 30m for a player who has one good game in 10 and is 27!

2.) 09 Aug 2016 22:58:58
Not for 30 million mate which Everton are looking to pay, we haven't really replaced a Modric type player, we need someone to unlock the door when teams put 10 men behind the ball against us.

I feel we only need 1 more player and I'll be happy with the window. That being said it has to be the right player.

3.) 10 Aug 2016 00:01:44
The trouble with finding the one is the prices have got silly now, Bolasie for 25-30m, Stones for 45-50m and then there is Pogba.

4.) 10 Aug 2016 23:31:24
I honestly don't know why we haven't put a bid in for Mahrez now the French kid is off the agenda.

Getting Remy on loan until the end of the season could be worth gamble.
