Can anyone help, I am trying to reset my password and I am not receiving an email notification? :-(

{Ed033's Note - Here is what we know. A new password was generated and emailed to the email address associated with your account each time you clicked the forgot password submit button.

Therefore, a) your email address in our database is incorrect (possible)

b) The email went into your spam folder or another folder you didn't look in (most likely

c) you never received any of the multiple emails (unlikely)

Hi Ed033, thanks for the response. Can you let me know how to check my email address on the database please? as I have checked my junk mail and any of the emails are not in there? and I have not received them?

{Ed033's Note - Northeast Hoddle and Northeast spur have the same email address in our database. If you click on the My Profile button, you can look at Northeast Hoddle's email address on the My Profile page.

Hi Ed033,

Thanks, can you confirm what email address the reset will be sent from so I can check with my email provider that it is not blocked? as I am still not receiving the message, despite the email address being correct and it not appearing in my junk or trash file. :-(

But why not just log in as Northeast-Spur or Northeast spur or Northeast Yido with your Northeast Hoddle password? and then stick to using just one username.
