Evening gents, Gooner here in peace (I bet you never thought you would ever see those words lol)
I can't believe none of you have mentioned Roberto Di Matteo as your next manager, a very good manager IMO.
In his first season at WBA he got them promoted from the championship, and when he took over at Chelsea he won the FA cup and the Champions League, beating Bayern Munich in final, as well as pipping your boys to 4th spot in the prem.
I don't think he's in a job at the moment and IMO he's a much better manager than AVB. You could certainly do a lot worse.
Just my opinion boys, feel free to agree/disagree.

Chelsea finished 5th, below Tottenham! They also played very boring defensive football and got outrageous good luck in almost every game Chelsea played under Di Matreo. No thanks.

Actually they came 6th below Newcastle and Di Matteo picked up less Epl points than AVB in his time in charge. So no thank you.

Sherwood will be manager. I said this before AVB was appointed that he would be next in line after the next appointment. He is being fast tracked and will be caretaker Manager. I would also expect Chirs Ramsey to have to greater role in the club than just a coach, as he is well respected in the game.
