This is very poor against half a Hull team. Just like the West Ham match our attitude is wrong ie. thinking all we need to do is turn up to collect the points. We need to treat all teams with the same respect. Over the last three years we have thrown away CL qualification due to our poor results against bottom of table teams. Last year MU had a very poor record against the top five teams but almost 100% against the bottom clubs. There is a message here.

Don't think it's got anything to do with our attitude! The fact is we are rubbish!
Also, couple of questions!
Did AVB have any say in Lamela transfer? Why did we pay £30 mill for a bench warmer? {Ed002's Note - Lamela moved because of Baldini.}

Thanks Ed, glad I didn't waste my money today even if we win! Something is seriously wrong at the lane!
Ps ; I know Andros is doing his best to keep getting his picture in the paper but that was a bit extreme!

Something is definately wrong. It has to be the coaching staff. Players come in with so much promise and get worse and worse. Erikson was amazing in his first few games, and now has waned. We need to work on moving the ball quicker, which will encourage more off the ball runs. at the moment, nobody makes any runs because the passes don't come anyway. It was a lucky win that keeps us in the picture, but I hope we improve soon.

Further to my earlier post, I believe the attitude is not always what it should be ie. lose 3-0 to West Ham and very lucky to beat Hull 1-0 at home but yet we can draw 1-1 with Chelsea? I suspect that subconsciously the lads are over confident against the lower clubs. Why are we not able to score goals? With 3 international strikers to choose from and arguably the best midfield in the Premiership. The tactics must be wrong and before you attack me, this is a banter column. I am worried. Bring in Pierlo whatever the cost.

Pauli, not going to attack you but as previously said, it's the coaching and the team picked!
We all knew we needed a quality LB, but it never came, why? Whose decision? Why spend £30 mill on a player, and bench him? Yes he needs time, but he also needs time on the pitch! Not sure on AVB's thinking at the moment! We don't play the ball quick enough, Dawson insists on playing 30 yard passes and cutting out the middlemen, there's not a lot of running off the ball, we have two players who shoot on sight even with better options because they are worried about their international places! The only good thing is we are still winning, and not conceding many but play like this next week and Everton will murder us!
Still, back to the lane Wednesday!
