Is it true Spurs are pushing for Ndombele?

{Ed002's Note - (a) When I get time. (b) Back in January I was told by one senior Arsenal scout that Tanguy Ndombele had been watched several times and Arsenal were very keen. Since then they have turned to Lucas Torreira. I expect that Lyon will take up their option to buy him, and Spurs might need to more than double what they pay in order to buy him from them - and then it would be unclear how he could ever get a game with Dier and Wanyama at the club.}

With Dembele likely to leave, are Spurs interested in Kovacic? Would love to have him in our team but am afraid he is moving elsewhere.
