Guys, stop the panic, we have a good squad and have not been able to put out our best 11 so far this season. The positives are that we are up there with many players to get fully fit, unlike the other teams.

Top 4 is never decided till April / May.

Nope I agree. Chin up NES.

Long way to go Sano. 🙈 especially for us if we continue at this rate. 😂.

If we are going to maintain the ridiculous high line, then top 6 is what we will aiming for!

Dawj, we can not play a system closing down from the front and not play a high line. The whole point is to compress the game and make your opponents give the ball away.

The system is not working and opposing teams are more than happy to sit back and hit us on the counter!

Wow anyone listening to this rubbish would believe we weren’t in the Champions League knockout out stages, FA Cup and still in the hunt for top 4.

Ever thought it was perhaps just bad luck?

Leicester Loss 2-1
63% possession away from home and 150% of shot on target compared to Leicester.

West Brom 1-1 Draw
73% Possession and 250% of shot on target compared to West Brom.

Arsenal 2-0 Loss
58% Possession with 80% shots on target compared to Arsenal with a weak team focussed on Champions League 3 days later away in Germany.

Palace 1-0 Win
69% Possession and won!

Kane, Eriksen and a couple of others have played too many games on 4 fronts and have had a minor form dip as they needed more cover.

We dominated everyone in those last 4 games, and now Lamela is back and looking sharp we will have a new attacking dimension.

Dier, Wanyama, Dembele and Winks will fill those deeper roles, and Lamela, Eriksen, Son and Dele Alli will take those behind Kane. Rose is back from injury and improving each game.

January might see Rose go to Man Utd, but I believe we will get Luke Shaw plus mega cash. Barkley looks like the deal was already agreed on the cheap, and Richarlison and Lanzini look potential targets. Poch could sell Sissoko as he is clearly not required.

If Poch and Levy are clever in Jan we could lose Llorente to Everton as Allardyce is a big fan, and sign Dembele. Don’t write us off just yet, big win at Watford and we will all be smiling again!

that's why we need someone who can unlock defences with a pass when Erikson is off he boil. Is Barkley the key? seems Poch thinks so.

The possession stakes confirm what I am saying i. e teams are content to sit back and play the counter-attacking game against us.

Insofar as the UCL is concerned, it's actually the opposite i. e we are playing the counter-attacking game!

Barkley is different class and once he is fully fit under the Poch regime he will fulfill his true potential. Barkley de alongside Wanyama with LAM Son, CAM Eriksen, RAM Lamela and Kane upfront.

I would sell Dele Alli for mega cash as there are so many better players rated at a fraction of the price. Mahrez for example, Zaha or even Richarlison who would bring new energy to the team and cost 1/ 3rd of what we could get for Dele.

Janssen is clearly poor and we need to cut our losses when he finishes his loan at Fenerbache. Llorente is Simply not fast enough for our style of football and could return to Swansea or even Everton. Josh Onomah has been pathetic at Villa and he needs to go, Cart Vickers weak at Sheffield United and another we should ship on.

We have three players who need a chance in my opinion just like Winks was granted. Marcus Edwards RAM, Kazaiah Sterling CF and Japhet Tanganga at CB. The three positions we badly need cover and we have three amazing talents we could unleash instead of relying on Sissoko, Llorente and Dier our of position at CB.

Barkley isn’t even wanted by the Everton fans, he’s a major ‘what went wrong’ case. He’s not somebody to unlock a team. Mahrez and zaha would be more suited to that role. Selling Dele for mega money? Quite honestly if he carries on like his all season you might struggle to find clubs silly enough. I think people are figuring spurs out a bit but to be honest the defence without your main pairing doesn’t look good enough. You guys think much business will be done in January on your part?

Didnt Barkley have the most assists or chances created stat in the Prem the other season?

Barkley is different class you see when he is actually fit for once. Honestly Barkley alongside Wanyama would be sensational.

Our team to challenge doesn’t look too different to the one we have now, the issue is the squad depth. Let’s analyse what we have and who is really good enough.

GK - Lloris, Vorm and Gazzanigga as good as it gets.
LB - Rose and Davies Simply outstanding. The question is does Rose go to Manchester United and what impact will it have to bring in Shaw and Sessegnon. My view is Davies has looked solid this season and with Shaw and/ or Sessegnon we would be even stronger post Rose.
CB - Vertonghen, Sanchez and Alderweireld look sensational, but where is the cover. Foyth looks half decent and Dier and even Davies can cover but surely we need another solid Centre Half to support this trio.
RB - Aurier looks really classy and Trippier has shown some class since arriving. Not sure either are the level we require and wonder how long it will be until KWP comes of age. I think we need to allow Aurier more time to demonstrate if he is the man.
CDM - Wanyama or Dier offer world class cover in this role. Rotation between them and use from the bench to see our game will be critical and the main backbone wrist we have missed with Dier out of position and Wanyama injured.
CM - Dembele is world class when fit and Harry Winks has improved no end. With Barkley arriving in January we will have ample option in midfield with proper world class cover.
LAM - Son has cemented his place and is showing signs of real potential to be potentially world class. I cannot see anything in N’Koudou and sense we need a Richarlison type player to really provide options and flair to win games from the bench.
CAM - Eriksen is clearly best in this role, Dele Alli need to be sold for the over hyped £100m and another rising star brought in to cover the mercurial Viking.
LAM - Lamela is back and looking fantastic already. I can help thinking we need a pacey winger like Sterling or Mane to give us a different dimension.
CF - Kane is world class but Llorente is not the cover story. Defoe was the obvious choice as back up and it mystified me why we didn’t get him. I think it is time to get a proper CF to challenge and provide us with a reliable alternative to rest Kane or sub him with real confidence. Perhaps Dembele of Celtic is ripe for the taking in the summer.

My XI: Lloris, Sessegnon, Vertonghen, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Aurier, Barkley, Wanyama, Son, Eriksen, Lamela and Kane.

The key is how the bench looks: Vorm, Davies, Dier, Dembele, Dele Alli, Richarlison and Dembele (Celtic) .
