Read somewhere that City expect to sign Sanchez in January for around 20 million. I know he is out of contract soon but he is a class act. Would fit in perfectly at Spurs. I don't understand why we are not trying to sign him. He might like to stay in London?

Go to his current teams rival, earn less money and win no trophies or go to city play with one of the best squads in the world, earn 2/ 3 times asmuch as he would at spursand win trophiesz. I'm not denying the spurs project is exciting but they'd be silly to go for Sanchez just to rebuffed.

Ellis I made a legitimate comment no insult whatsoever but as you appear to have the IQ of an avocado, atleast when we were great we were winning things, what's your excuse?

Time to do a Campbell, massive coup and the player to transform Spurs to win the league this season. Pay him £250,000 by giving him a massive sign on fee and £100,000 per week.

Totally agree and the perfect way to give Arsenal’s main competition (West Ham and Crystal Palace) a chance to compete with them for London’s best 2nd tier Premiership leader.

Johnbarnes, I detect an underlying taste of bitterness in a lot of your posts.

NES I was right, he didn't go in the summer, and your point is?

Oracle do you actually think £250,000 is a massive signing on fee? And £100,000 per week is less then what he gets now! Another point, Campbell came to us as he would win trophies, you lot don't! Are you really trying to celebrate already by saying your Londons premiership leader with only 29 games to go and 4 points ahead! Your football knowledge is laughable 😂😂😂.

Gunnerbod, you never were the brightest spark, so let me help explain.

We technically pay him £250K per week but do it by structuring the deal as £100K per week and give him a sign on fee of the difference £150K per week x the number of weeks in the contract. This figure is £39m but discounted as a lump sum to £25m.

So we pay Arsenal £20m and pay Sanchez £25m and £100K per week on a 5 year deal.

Get it my boy?

No oracle you don't get it he wants £400k a week, as you are not the brightest spark let me explain, £400k is more than £250k so why would he possibly sign for less money than he wants at a club that hasn't won anything in decades? Get it my boy! LMFAO.

NES tell me what I said then? As you don't think I said he won't be sold in the summer!

I have to ask oracle are you actually being serious, you think spurs could sign Sanchez who wants to win trophies and paid the same as the worlds top players! Then again you also said "spurs signed Damion" it's a mystery why your own fans on here have slated you LMFAO.
