Has anyone got any news? It seems to have gone quiet when we need to get a striker.

Only bad news - a number of reports emerging saying Batshuayi is going to Chelsea.

Maybe now will we stop messing around and get someone in before we are forced to run Kane into the ground.

I don't think it's bad news at all. Batshuayi isn't worth 30 odd mil, he good but not that good. He has also shown that he is only interested in the money as he has said he wants to join a Champions League team but has then opted for a mid table team in Chelsea.

I agree at that price he doesn't represent value based on performances to date.

But at some point we need to realize that if we wish to consistently participate in CL we are going to have to make some of those investments, cause we sure are not competing for the likes of Pogba at 60m.

Eĺlis I think Chelsea will be in the cl more times over the length of his contact than spurs.

I don't think we've been looking at him for a while now given his price. That's why we are in for Janssen and Sanabria. I would take Janssen over Batshuayi regardless.

I know what your saying Yellow but I don't think he is actually that good.

We did it for Lamela . Even if I remain unconvinced of his ability to influence games in the PL.
