Dembele is the best midfielder in the league by a long stretch. You lot played brilliantly today.

Apparently we’re talking to Palace for Zaha.

Can see it happening if I’m honest.

Thanks Ed, have a suspicion that Moura will be it.

We would of brought Zaha by now if that was going to hapoen, he was I have mentioned frequently Pochs number one player.

When we was 1st in for Zaha, I wasn’t to impressed but I stand corrected I think the boy has big potential.

But like you say. It would have been down by now. I guess we can hope until 23.00pm tonight. Zaha and Draxler I’d be happy with that.

{Ed001's Note - what about Mahrez?}

Agree0 0Disagree

31 Jan 2018 19:15:47
I’m a grate admirer of Mahrez Ed’s. Would we pay 60m for him though.

Why have you heard something Ed’s? 😏😏.

{Ed001's Note - Leicester are ready to get rid now, hence him out of the squad and you have been offered the chance to take him. No idea what your end have said but it is a possibility Levy will jump on it. It is his kind of deal, last minute, last-gasp. We all know he loves them!}

Stop it Ed.! that will keep us all up tonight till he early hours.

Topman Ed001, appriecate that update mate, so to make the night just right, Turn Utd over, sign Mahrez and Zaha. I’d be a happy man. We’ll know in a few hours. I’m leaning towards a disappointing evening.

{Ed001's Note - I would think it would be Mahrez or Zaha though mate.}

We will be in for Sessegnon in the summer. Then it will be players like Zaha, Neres, Malcom, Martial we try for.

Lamela could go the other way.

Agree0 0Disagree

31 Jan 2018 18:24:03
Think we've 've been looking for a CM to bring in on loan but to leave it soo late is ridiculous.

Also I mentioned a few weeks ago we were looking at Neres from Ajax, well I've heard we have been trying to push through a deal for him in the summer.

Agree0 0Disagree

31 Jan 2018 18:50:48
I agree Ellis, I don’t know why we leave it late? Maybe so many moving parts, all parties have to agree, legal team, sponsor’s etc etc, I’d be happily with another signing. Is that Draxler just all talk. If he’s up for grabs he has to be going somewhere.

DSM here. Ready for some frenzied transfer happenings!
That PSG guy has been offered around for a while, not convinced he's worth the wonga.
Can't believe we weren't in for Auybang (what evs) . He'd be a good replacement for Kane in the summer when he jets off to Madrid. Don't hate, just wait!
DSM out!

Believable2 3Unbelievable

31 Jan 2018 10:25:36
We were in for Aubadingdong a couple of years ago DSM, Poch decided against it.

Agree0 2Disagree

31 Jan 2018 13:16:22
I know NES. Just can’t think why we didn’t give it a run this time. Auba comes with challenges but he’s in his prime. Shame to see him go to waste!
Any news on new signings? My mate Dave the Duck reckons we’re in for Draxler but to be fair he’s not a well man.

Agree1 0Disagree

31 Jan 2018 13:42:31
No none DSM. we don't have that sort of money to lash out for transfer and £350k salary.

31 Jan 2018 14:39:38
Actually we were 'weird' according to Aubameyang in our enquires/ talks over him and he said he would nevwr consider us again.

Looks like Giroud is off.

Agree0 0Disagree

30 Jan 2018 22:05:49
I don't know mate. They were trying to get Batshuayi in loan so that would suggest only loan options unless one of the younger strikers we probably would of tried for in the summer becomes available.

Agree4 0Disagree

29 Jan 2018 23:20:21
Apparently spurs and chelsea have been discussing swapping Llorente for Batshuayi, spurs wanted a permanent deal but Chelsea a loan. Batshuayi rejects it anyway as he wants to be first choice.

So if Arsenal don't agree with Chelsea over Giroud or Dortmund can't get a replacement, Batshuayi linked, then the Aubameyang deal is off. What a mess.

Not sure about this acquisition but Moura has signed.

Believable1 7Unbelievable

27 Jan 2018 20:51:54
Agree with being unsure on moura, on the face of it seems like a good addition but our main problem the last few seasons doesn't really seem like pace in terms of getting in behind teams, it seems like creativity when erikson is missing or having an off day and a team sits deeps against us. For all the quality we have going forward he seems the only one that can unlock a stubborn defence. Silver lining from tonight hopefully it may make poch realise we could do with another addition to make the squad deeper for when we have erikson alli or son missing.

28 Jan 2018 09:12:31
He can’t be no worse than Lamela or Sissoko.

28 Jan 2018 09:24:08
agreed sheff.

DR and there is the problem, we can not afford another Sissoko, Lamela etc in the squad.

The club are looking to move Lamela on NES.

28 Jan 2018 19:20:35
so I hear. he hasn't exactly fulfilled his potential.

Agree0 2Disagree

29 Jan 2018 17:08:10
He hasn’t signed yet.
It would be a decent signing because then we’ve got a player that can attack and hopefully beat players from a wide position. We try and walk it in sometimes. Different option that maybe Poch wanted N’jie and GKN to do but couldn’t.

29 Jan 2018 18:51:27
MT, all agreed pal. ps I'm still not sure there's an end product. Lunchbox Christie is fast in a straight line.

he wasn't benched without a reason at PSG.

Agree0 0Disagree

29 Jan 2018 20:19:23
He was benched because they signed Neymar for the national debt of Greece!

Why is everyone so damn sceptical of Lucas Moura. He has been capped 31 times for Brazil, has won 4 league trophies in France and 3 Cups and I s still only 25 years old. £25m is a few quid more than we sold Wimmer (£18m) for, and we should be excited. PSG needed to flog to balance the books and he will be sensational you see.

Pace, crossing, dribbling, vision and technical ability in a different league to Sissoko. He will come in and cement his pace in our starting XI and show you what a coup he was.

Agree0 0Disagree

29 Jan 2018 20:37:45
Oracle, I said last week he is the Brazilian Theo Walcott. Now Walcott could have been class if he improved and learned the offside rule.

Moura's problem is his lack of end product, hopefully that can be coached, he is still relatively young although he looks about 40. I think its a gamble but in todays prices one worth paying, we need some pace and trickery and Moura has that in abundance. Its an intriguing signing.

Agree3 0Disagree

29 Jan 2018 20:43:18
I hope your right Oracle, your historical predictions about Brazil players some how havnt been that accurate.

Agree0 0Disagree

30 Jan 2018 12:20:38
Didn't he score 19 and assist 11 times last season for PSG!?!

Not bad for someone who has no end product. To compare him to Walcott is completely unfair, he is a quality player, the only question is whether he can produce it in the EPL, this is a quick strong league and completely different from Lique 1, we have suffered with previous purchases from France although Moura is a different quality to N'Jie and GK.
